Synopsis[]
Mr. Topsy-Turvy accidentally installs some taps onto his bath the wrong way round and floods his house by accident. So he goes to stay with Mr. Fussy and jumbles up his house. So Mr. Fussy sends him away to live with Mr. Clumsy in Australia instead, much to Mr. Topsy-Turvy's liking.
