Boats

Boats is the ninth episode (first part of the fifth episode) in Season 1 of The Mr. Men Show.

Plots

• Miss Whoops and Mr. Quiet's plot: They are on Good Morning Dillydale and they talk about the safties of sailing but Miss Whoops accidentally unties the knots for the main sail and spinnaker. While she continues to speak, she bumps Mr. Quiet out of the boat twice. Sick of being with Miss Whoops, Mr. Quiet walks from the ocean to the studio and gives Mr. Happy and Miss Sunshine the life preserver.
• Mr. Nervous' plot (ONLY IN THE US VERSION!): Mr. Nervous imagines he's lost in the middle of the ocean surrounded by sharks, but he is really in the pool with Miss Naughty wearing a shark fin.
• Mr. Scatterbrain's plot: Mr. Lazy goes for a short ride in Mr. Scatterbrain's Boat but ends up in the South Pole with Musical Penguins, Seals and Polar Bears(that don't live in the South Pole).
• The Boat's plot: The Mr. Men and Little Misses are having a good time till a storm makes them persumably and exactly sick. (probably caused by Mr. Tickle, though he says "Don't look at me!")
• Mr. Stubborn and Miss Calamity's Plot: Mr. Stubborn (Captain Stubborn) and Miss Calamity an iceberg hits and sinks the ship, but then Mr Scatterbrain saves ther lives except Mr Stubborn, who tells them to keep singing.

• Mr. Greedy appears as a cameo on a lifeboat. Though it may not be him, as if you look closely, he has a thin, yellow nose.

• In the US dub, after Mr. Scatterbrain saves Miss Calamity, Mr. Stubborn shouts "Stop singing!", but in the UK dub, he shouts "Keep singing!".
• What happen to the Steam Ship Stubborn was similar to the titanic.
• This episode is one of few where three plots work together to create one big plot. (Mr. Scatterbrain's boat is seen again two plots later and saves Miss Calamity, the music plot is probably a prelude to Mr. Stubborn's plot, as both seem to include the same liner, and in Mr. Stubborn's plot, Mr. Scatterbrain's boat and the sinking S.S. Stubborn meet, resulting in Miss Calamity and soon Mr. Stubborn being saved by Mr. Scatterbrain and Mr.Lazy, and Mr. Scatterbrain's boat was seen one last time in the ending scene with Mr. Lazy, Miss Calamity, Mr. Stubborn, and the polar animals all on board.)
