Catherine Disher (born 22 June, 1960) is an award-winning British-Canadian actress, voiceover artist, and comedian. She was born in Paddington, England but grew up in Montreal, Canada.
She voiced some of the Little Misses in the US dub of Mr. Men and Little Miss as well as the voice of Mr. Muddle.
She also provided the voice of Noddy in the North American dub of Noddy's Toyland Adventures, better known as The Noddy Shop in that continent. She is also the voice of Unazuki Furuhata in the Cloverway English Dub of Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon SuperS, as well as the voice of Annie in Thomas and Friends, All Engines Go.
