Mr. Stubborn's plot: Mr. Stubborn sets the circus tent up in the wrong area. Mr. Nosy and Mr. Small try to tell him that.
Mr. Pernickety's plot: Mr. Pernickety is trying to conduct clowns who are Mr. Messy, Mr. Noisy and Mr. Tickle.
Miss Chatterbox's plot: The circus becomes a disaster. Miss Chatterbox is the ringmaster. She introduces Mr Bounce on his high diving act to a teeny tiny bucket of water, Mr Bump on his riding act and Miss Calamity's high wire bike act. Everything turns out comically wrong
Mr. Quiet's Plot: Mr. Quiet rides on Miss Daredevil's Bike round a scary Loop-de-loop. (Oh, It Wasn't in the UK)

- This is the 2nd time Mister Stubborn declared a tent "CHEAP!" The first was in Camping.
