The Cleverland Bird only appears in Mr. Dizzy's story. It lives in Cleverland.

In Mr. Dizzy's earlier (1976-1990) publications, the bird was drawn light brown with glasses and a cigar. It was redrawn by Collette David in 1990. Its current design is a maroon-color, wears a mortarboard, and wields a book. The only thing that stayed the same was the glasses.
