Connie Skovart is a Danish singer, songwriter, and music teacher.

Skovart wrote the Danish Mr. Men album "Fætrene i Fjollerup" between 1981 and 1982. She also provided the singing voice for Fætter Dum-Bum (a.k.a. Mr. Dizzy)
