Effi Ben Israel (born 26 May, 1955 as Efrat Ben Israel) is an Israeli voice actress, dub director, singer, actress, and police officer.

Amongst her well-known Hebrew dubbing roles include Alice Green in Big City Greens, Donita Donata in Wild Kratts, and Luna in Bear in the Big Blue House. She also provided the voices of Queen Beryl Esmeraude, Tellu, Zirconia, Princess Kakyuu and various minor characters in the Hebrew dub of Sailor Moon.
She also provided the voice of Little Miss Helpful in The Mr. Men Show's Hebrew dub.
