Mr. Men and Little Miss: The Mr. Men, The Mr. Men, The Mr. Men, The Mr. Men!
(Scene swaps to Mr. Tickle tickling lots of Mr. Men and Little Misses and goes all the way to Mr. Bump and Miss Whoops on a plane and tickles Miss Whoops causing Mr. Bump to fall into the "O" in the logo)
Mr. Bump: The Mr. Men Show!
(A big light green screen comes up with "Fair" written on it, three balloons, and who created the episode underneath)
(The episode begins with a wide shot of the Dillydale Country Fair. Cars are parked in the parking lot, tents have been put up, and a Ferris Wheel is spinning)
Narrator: Ah, the country fair. A place where, once a year...
(The camera cuts to the fairgrounds. Mr. Bounce is shown approaching a baby goat with an adult male goat in the background)
Narrator: The Mr. Men and Little Misses of Dillydale...
(Mr. Bounce starts petting the baby goat)
Narrator: Freely mingle with farm animals.
Adult Male Goat (offscreen): (bellows)
(The adult male goat headbutts Mr. Bounce from behind and sends him bouncing away. Much to the shock of the baby goat. Mr. Bounce bounces over to the "Largest Vegetable" competition and lands by a giant pumpkin in a daze with stars circling his head. Little Miss Whoops gives the giant pumpkin the blue ribbon)
Narrator: Proudly show off their award-winning vegetables.
(The giant pumpkin falls off the stool it was perched on and the giant pumpkin squishes Mr. Bounce. Little Miss Whoops realizes this and becomes visibly worried. The camera cuts to a "Pie Eating" contest. Little Miss Scary and Mr. Tickle are eating their pies face first while Mr. Nervous is standing in between them trembling with fear as he watches his fellow competitors eat their pies. Upon finishing their pies, Mr. Tickle and Little Miss Scary lift their faces out of the pie tins. Their faces are covered in purple goo from the pies they ate)
Narrator: And fall face-first...
(Mr. Tickle and Little Miss Scary notice that Mr. Nervous didn't eat his pie)
Miss Scary: AAHH!
Mr. Nervous: (screams)
(Mr. Nervous runs away)
Narrator: Into competitive pie-eating.
(Little Miss Scary and Mr. Tickle start eating Mr. Nervous' pie)
Narrator: All with the hopes of winning the blue ribbon.
(Mr. Tickle and Little Miss Scary continue scarfing down Mr. Nervous' pie as the screen fades to black. The next scene shows Mr. Rude running a fish-catching game booth, Mr. Strong is operating the strength test game, Mr. Small is showing interest in the strength-test game, and Mr. Nervous is standing by the bottle-knock-over game. Nearby, the camera cuts over to the "Whack-A-Clown" game operated by Mr. Noisy)
Mr. Noisy (through his megaphone): Step right up!
(Little Miss Sunshine and Mr. Stubborn walk over to the game booth)
Mr. Noisy: And play the amazing "Whack-A-Clown" game!
(Mr. Noisy takes out a plush gopher)
Mr. Noisy (through his megaphone): And win this giant, cuddly toy!!
Miss Sunshine: Oh! I want to win a cuddly toy!
Mr. Stubborn: Allow me, Miss Sunshine! I can do this with my eyes closed!
(Mr. Noisy hands Mr. Stubborn a mallet)
Mr. Stubborn: Oof!
Mr. Noisy (through his megaphone): Good luck, Mr. Stubborn!
(Mr. Stubborn takes the mallet)
Mr. Stubborn: I don't need luck, Mr. Noisy. It's all in the wrist.
(A yellow clown pops up out of the hole and goes back into it. Mr. Stubborn then smashes the mallet onto the hole)
Mr. Stubborn: (grunts)
(A magenta clown pops up out of the hole and goes back into it. Mr. Stubborn then smashes the mallet onto the hole)
Mr. Stubborn: Uh-huh!
(A pink clown pops up out of the hole and goes back into it)
Mr. Stubborn: Oh!
(Mr. Stubborn then smashes the mallet onto the hole)
Mr. Stubborn: (grunts)
(Mr. Stubborn points to the mallet)
Mr. Stubborn: These mallets used to be a lot bigger!
Mr. Noisy (through megaphone): No. Same size as always.
Mr. Stubborn: Look! I've whacked a few clowns in my day and I'm telling you, the mallets were bigger!!
Mr. Noisy (through megaphone): I promise you these are the same mallets we use every year!!
(Mr. Bump shows up behind Mr. Stubborn enjoying some cotton candy)
Mr. Noisy (through megaphone): You wanna have another try?!
(Mr. Stubborn swings the mallet and almost hits Mr. Bump. Luckily, Mr. Bump avoids the mallet)
Mr. Stubborn: Yes! I want to have another try! That was my warmup!
Mr. Noisy (through megaphone): I'll give you a little tip! It's best to swing after you hear the ping!
Mr. Stubborn: Keep your tips to yourself! I have my own method!
(Behind Mr. Stubborn, Mr. Bump eats his cotton candy and watches Mr. Stubborn play the game. The yellow clown pops up out of the hole and goes back into it. Mr. Stubborn then smashes the mallet onto the hole)
Mr. Stubborn: (grunts)
(The magenta clown pops up out of the hole and goes back into it. Mr. Stubborn then smashes the mallet onto the hole)
Mr. Stubborn: (grunts)
(The pink clown pops up out of the hole and goes back into it. Mr. Stubborn then smashes the mallet onto the hole four times)
Mr. Stubborn: (grunts four times)
Miss Sunshine: (gasps) Oh, there's one! Hit that one, Mr. Stubborn!
(Mr. Stubborn swings the mallet back and the mallet sticks to Mr. Bump's cotton candy and the cotton candy sticks to Mr. Bump's head)
Mr. Stubborn: (grunts)
Mr. Bump: Ow!
(Mr. Stubborn tries and fails to hit the pink clown)
Mr. Stubborn: Hup!
Mr. Bump: (yelps)
(Mr. Bump accidentally hits Mr. Bump on the backswing and Mr. Bump gets stuck thanks to the cotton candy he was eating. He hits the game and lands in one of the holes giving Mr. Stubborn the win. Bells ding to signal the win)
Mr. Bump: Ooh! Ah! (grunts)
Mr. Noisy (through megaphone): We have a winner!!!
Mr. Stubborn: That's how the game is played people!
(Little Miss Sunshine is given the plush gopher)
Miss Sunshine: I love my cuddly toy! Love it, love it, love it!
(Mr. Stubborn pokes the top of the plush gopher's head)
Mr. Stubborn: That cuddly toy is cheap!
(The nose on the plush gopher pops off)
Miss Sunshine: How can I ever thank you?
(Mr. Stubborn and Little Miss Sunshine leave and Little Miss Calamity and Mr. Strong prepare to play the "Whack-a-Clown" game)
Mr. Stubborn: Come on! You can buy me an ice cream cone!
(Little Miss Calamity and Mr. Strong raise their mallets and Mr. Bump realizes what they are about to do)
Mr. Bump: Huh?
(Three clowns (blue, green, and yellow) from the "Whack-a-Clown" game pop up in front of the screen to act as the scene transition)
Mr. Bump (offscreen): No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No!
(The clowns go away and the first bumper plays. Mr. Bounce is shown at the top of a big slide. Mr. Bounce looks down the slide and becomes excited. Mr. Bounce grabs his legs and bounces twice before bouncing down the slide)
Random Voices: (screaming with excitement)
(The screen cuts to black. The next bumper plays showing Mr. Small and Mr. Nosey at the top of the big slide. Mr. Small points at the slide gesturing to Mr. Nosey that he wants to ride it. Mr. Nosey smiles in agreement. Mr. Small does a backflip onto Mr. Nosey's head and the two slide down the slide together)
Random Voices: (screaming with excitement)
(Little Miss Daredevil flies across the screen with Mr. Quiet hanging onto her ankle for dear life. This acts as the transition to the next scene. At a pie stand, Mr. Rude and Mr. Scatterbrain are standing behind a table as Little Miss Whoops announces an event)
Miss Whoops: And now it's time for the Dillydale County Fair Pie Tasting contest. I'd like to introduce our judges...
(The camera zooms in on Mr. Rude and Mr. Scatterbrain)
Miss Whoops (offscreen): Mr. Rude and Mr. Scatterbrain.
Mr. Scatterbrain: WAIT!!
(Mr. Scatterbrain goes under the table and pulls out an eye chart and a pointing stick)
Mr. Scatterbrain: Okay, ready.
Mr. Rude: We are tasting pies! Not testing eyes.
(Mr. Scatterbrain tosses the eye chart and pointing stick away)
Mr. Scatterbrain: Oh! (chuckles)
(Mr. Scatterbrain leans in close to Mr. Rude)
Mr. Scatterbrain: Pies! Well, in that case...
(Mr. Scatterbrain runs away and comes back with goat that he puts on top of the table)
Goat: (bleats)
Mr. Scatterbrain: Here's Blueberry!
(Mr. Rude pushes Blueberry closer towards Mr. Scatterbrain)
Mr. Rude: Oh, dump the goat! Does this look like a petting zoo?
(Mr. Scatterbrain hugs Blueberry)
Mr. Scatterbrain: Sorry, Blueberry.
Mr. Rude: Let's get this over with.
(Little Miss Whoops is shown climbing up a shelf. The shelf has three rows each with three pies on them)
Miss Whoops: Alrighty then.
(Blueberry walks by. Little Miss Whoops falls off the shelf (along with a pie on the top row (which is an animation error as the script claimed she was supposed to throw the pie to Mr. Rude and unintentionally start the pie fight)) and lands on Blueberry. This leads to Little Miss Whoops riding Blueberry)
Miss Whoops: Whoops!
(The pie Little Miss Whoops flings flies over to Mr. Rude and Mr. Scatterbrain and hits Mr. Rude in the face. Mr. Rude removes the pie crust and tin from his face in disgust)
Mr. Rude: P-too-ah! What is this? A "Dog Food pie"?
(Little Miss Whoops is shown riding Blueberry in the background)
Miss Whoops: Actually, it's a mince meat pie.
Mr. Rude: Like I said, food of the dog.
(Mr. Rude shoves the rest of the pie in Mr. Scatterbrain's face)
Mr. Scatterbrain: I love this game!
(Mr. Scatterbrain runs over to the pie shelf, grabs a pie from the middle row, and throws it at Mr. Rude. The pie hits Mr. Rude in the face. Much to his disgust and irate)
Mr. Rude: Ugh! Banana cream!
(Mr. Rude notices another identical shelf of pies next to him. Mr. Rude grabs one of the pies and throws it at Mr. Scatterbrain. The pie hits Mr. Scatterbrain in the face but he doesn't care)
Mr. Scatterbrain: (laughs)
(Mr. Scatterbrain throws another pie at Mr. Rude. Mr. Rude ducks before the pie could hit him. Mr. Rude starts rapidly throwing pies in anger and enjoyment at Mr. Scatterbrain. One of them manages to hit Mr. Scatterbrain in the face)
Mr. Scatterbrain: (laughs)
(Both Mr. Rude and Mr. Scatterbrain engage in their pie fight and pies are thrown left and right all across the tent. Meanwhile, Blueberry is shown having scarfed down tons of pies (as noted by the empty pie tins) and is enjoying another pie. Little Miss Whoops sees this, pulls Blueberry over toward her, and awards Blueberry a blue ribbon)
Miss Whoops: Looks like Blueberry is the winner.
(A pie hits Little Miss Whoops in the face)
Miss Whoops: Whoops.
(Blueberry licks her.)
Miss Whoops: Hm.
(The screen iris' out. The next bumper plays showing Little Miss Daredevil at the top of the big slide wearing a pink jetpack. Little Miss Daredevil then activates both her jetpack and rocket boots and flies down the slide)
Random Voices: (screaming with excitement)
(Little Miss Daredevil is shown flying all around the slide as a bunch of tunnels zooms in on the screen and spins for a moment before zooming out and disappearing. The next scene shows Little Miss Chatterbox and Mr. Grumpy walking across the fairgrounds. In the background, Mr. Lazy is shown operating a hot dog stand completely bored and Mr. Small and Mr. Nosey are enjoying ice cream cones. Mr. Small's ice cream is seven scoops while Mr. Nosey's is only one. Little Miss Chatterbox looks around and soon stops in her tracks as she sees something. The camera cuts away and zooms out to show what Little Miss Chatterbox saw: a funhouse. Mr. Grumpy tries to resume walking but Little Miss Chatterbox grabs his arm and stops him)
Miss Chatterbox: Look Mr. Grumpy, it's a funhouse!
(Little Miss Chatterbox gets an idea)
Mr. Grumpy: Humph!
Miss Chatterbox: Let's go inside!
(Mr. Grumpy looks at the funhouse)
Mr. Grumpy: I'd sooner eat mud.
(Mr. Grumpy tries to walk away but Little Miss Chatterbox grabs him by the arm and prevents him from leaving)
Miss Chatterbox: Oh, come on, Mr. Grumpy ! I mean, they wouldn't call them "funhouses" if they weren't lots of fun.
(Little Miss Chatterbox releases her grip on Mr. Grumpy)
Miss Chatterbox: Because if they weren't, then they'd be called, "No fun-houses"!
(Mr. Grumpy touches his nose as a sign that Little Miss Chatterbox's point was spot on to his opinion)
Mr. Grumpy: Huh. Exactly, Miss Chatterbox. No fun.
(Mr. Grumpy tries to leave again but Little Miss Chatterbox grabs him by the arm again to prevent him from leaving)
Miss Chatterbox: I'd knew you'd agree.
(Mr. Grumpy and Little Miss Chatterbox walk into the funhouse)
Miss Chatterbox: Come on, let's go!
(The scene transitions to show Mr. Grumpy and Little Miss Chatterbox in a rotating tunnel where every other section is spinning in the opposite direction. Little Miss Chatterbox walks through the tunnel without any problems. Mr. Grumpy, on the other hand, doesn't walk through them and winds up spinning around each section)
Mr. Grumpy: Oh! What kind of dingdong would enjoy something like this?
(Little Miss Chatterbox pops up in front of the tunnel with a "ding-dong" sound effect playing in the background. Signaling that Little Miss Chatterbox is the dingdong Mr. Grumpy was referring to.)
Miss Chatterbox: (gasps, shimmies her body) I'm going to get one of those lovely tunnels for my house! You know, for parties. My guests would get such a big kick out of it.
(Little Miss Chatterbox ducks down and Mr. Grumpy continues spinning inside the tunnels)
Mr. Grumpy: Yet another reason to avoid your parties.
(Little Miss Chatterbox grabs Mr. Grumpy by the arm and pulls him to the next room)
Miss Chatterbox (offscreen): Off we go!
Mr. Grumpy: Wup!
(Little Miss Chatterbox and Mr. Grumpy are shown in a room that's pitch black. Only their eyes are shown)
Miss Chatterbox: (gasps) I love this part!
(Mr. Grumpy walks into something he and the viewers couldn't see. The viewers also lose sight of Little Miss Chatterbox)
Mr. Grumpy: (grunts) Crooked cucumbers!
(Mr. Grumpy continues walking)
Mr. Grumpy: If there was anything enjoyable about stumbling around in the dark, torches would never have been invented!
(Mr. Grumpy walks into another something he and the viewers couldn't see)
Mr. Grumpy: Ow!
(A second set of eyes appears in front of Mr. Grumpy. Both Mr. Grumpy and the new set of eyes blink twice. The lights come on and it is revealed that the second set of eyes is simply Mr. Grumpy looking at himself in the mirror. Except his reflection gives him a body similar to Mr. Scatterbrain's)
Mr. Grumpy: (yelps)
(The camera cuts over to Little Miss Chatterbox)
Miss Chatterbox: Oh my gosh!
(The camera zooms out to reveal that Mr. Grumpy and Little Miss Chatterbox are in a room full of mirrors)
Miss Chatterbox: I love seeing so many of me! Oh!
(Little Miss Chatterbox looks at her reflection in five overlapping mirrors)
Miss Chatterbox: Hello! Hello! Hello! Hello! (chuckles happily)
(Little Miss Chatterbox turns around)
Miss Chatterbox: I can see my back.
(Little Miss Chatterbox sees her reflection from mirrors on her left, right, and front)
Miss Chatterbox: I can see my front, I can see my right side!
(Little Miss Chatterbox notices mirrors above her)
Miss Chatterbox: Oh look! I can even see above my head!
(Little Miss Chatterbox pulls her hair buns)
Miss Chatterbox: I didn't realize how long my hair is.
(Little Miss Chatterbox looks at her reflection in a mirror on the left while Mr. Grumpy walks towards a mirror on the right. Little Miss Chatterbox does various poses)
Miss Chatterbox: Look! Oh, I don't look so bad in this.
(Mr. Grumpy looks at Little Miss Chatterbox as he continues walking)
Miss Chatterbox: I think I'll could wear this again tomorrow.
(Mr. Grumpy bumps into the mirror on the right)
Mr. Grumpy: Ow!
(Little Miss Chatterbox walks away)
Mr. Grumpy: Well, finally, something worth looking at. Heh.
(Mr. Grumpy bumps into the mirror Little Miss Chatterbox was looking into)
Mr. Grumpy: Ow!
(Mr. Grumpy falls to the ground)
Mr. Grumpy: Miss Chatterbox, your idea of entertainment leaves a lot to be desired.
(Little Miss Chatterbox helps Mr. Grumpy up. Mr. Grumpy brushes his arms off)
Miss Chatterbox: I'm so sorry you're not having fun, Mr. Grumpy.
(Little Miss Chatterbox grabs Mr. Grumpy's hand and walks him over to the next part of the funhouse)
Miss Chatterbox: I promise, you'll really love the next part.
Mr. Grumpy: The only thing I'd love right now...is the exit.
Elephant (offscreen): (trumpeting)
(Mr. Grumpy turns to the direction of the noise and is in shock)
Mr. Grumpy: (yelps)
(The camera cuts over to a giant model of an elephant towering over tons of fake trees. Little Miss Chatterbox and Mr. Grumpy look inside a tunnel that is between the elephant's legs. Between the elephant's legs is the next part of the funhouse which has tons of robotic elephant feet stomping inside)
Mr. Grumpy: I am NOT going through that!
(The camera cuts over to Little Miss Chatterbox and the nervous Mr. Grumpy)
Miss Chatterbox: Well you just have to, it's the only way out. Unless you want to go back through the way we just came.
(Little Miss Chatterbox heads inside the room with the robotic elephant feet inside)
Miss Chatterbox: All you have to do is simply step through the elephant legs without getting squashed.
Mr. Grumpy: Hmm!
(Little Miss Chatterbox walks through the elephant feet without any trouble)
Mr. Grumpy (offscreen): No kidding.
(Mr. Grumpy is shown in the room and looks at the first elephant foot that's in front of him)
Mr. Grumpy: Ooh!
(Mr. Grumpy takes a huge step past the first elephant foot)
Mr. Grumpy: Whup! (grunts)
(The first elephant foot stomps behind Mr. Grumpy. Mr. Grumpy looks at the first elephant foot that is now behind him and nearly gets squished by the second elephant foot (which is now directly in front of him)
Mr. Grumpy: Woah!
(Mr. Grumpy tucks and rolls underneath the second elephant foot)
Mr. Grumpy: (grunts)
(Mr. Grumpy stands up under a third elephant foot that is directly next to the second one. Oblivious to the third foot, Mr. Grumpy sees the second elephant foot stomp and lets his guard down)
Mr. Grumpy: Phew!
(The third elephant foot stomps down and squishes Mr. Grumpy)
Mr. Grumpy: Oof!
(The camera cuts outside of the funhouse where Little Miss Chatterbox is waiting for Mr. Grumpy)
Mr. Grumpy (offscreen sarcastically): That was so much fun.
(Mr. Grumpy exits the funhouse stretched like an accordion due to being squished by the elephant's foot)
Mr. Grumpy: I almost wish I could do it all again.
Miss Chatterbox: (chuckles) You can't do exactly the same ride TWICE, Mr. Grumpy. Not when there are so many other things to do.
(Little Miss Chatterbox turns around and sees another ride offscreen)
Miss Chatterbox: Oh my gosh! Look at that ride!
(Little Miss Chatterbox jumps up and down while the annoyed Mr. Grumpy (now straightened back to normal) glares at her)
Miss Chatterbox: You're actually totally upside-down!
(Little Miss Chatterbox grabs Mr. Grumpy's hand and points towards the ride. Mr. Grumpy is surprised by Little Miss Chatterbox grabbing his hand before becoming annoyed again)
Miss Chatterbox: Let's go! And don't say "you'd sooner eat mud". Because mud is salty ucky!
(Little Miss Chatterbox drags the unenthusiastic Mr. Grumpy to the ride)
Mr. Grumpy: (grumbles)
Miss Chatterbox: Besides, they wouldn't call them "thrill rides" if they weren't...
(Several pies appear on the screen in a checkerboard pattern. One pie is in each square and the squares are either yellow or green. A giant pie then soars across the screen acting as the transition to the next bumper. The next bumper plays showing Mr. Stubborn at the top of the big slide. Unlike the other previous slide riders, Mr. Stubborn refuses to go down the slide. Little Miss Naughty shows up behind Mr. Stubborn and gets a cheeky idea)
Miss Naughty: (giggles mischievously)
(Little Miss Naughty pushes Mr. Stubborn down the slide and he winds up sliding down the slide standing up)
Random Voices: (screaming with excitement)
(A plethora of bright yellow circles appear to form Little Miss Sunshine. The camera zooms into her mouth, revealing the next scene. The next scene is the music video for "All's Not Fair")
Miss Calamity: 🎶 All's not fair at the county fair
There's really nothing like it anywhere
It's a Dillydale tradition so go if you dare
Cause all's not fair at the county fair
It's a place for a pie in the face 🎶
Mr. Nosey: Look Out!
Miss Calamity: 🎶It's a place for pig in a race 🎶
Mr. Nosey: Go little piggy!
Miss Calamity: 🎶It's the place for whacking a clown 🎶
Miss Calamity: 🎶It's the place where you're probably🎶
Miss Calamity & Mr. Nosey: 🎶gonna fall down🎶
Miss Calamity: 🎶Cause all's not fair at the county fair
There's really nothing like it anywhere
It's a Dillydale tradition, Mr. Bump beware!
All's not fair at the county fair
It's a place where they go to the moon🎶
Mr. Nosey: The moon?
Miss Calamity: 🎶It's a place where a goat will eat spoons🎶
Mr. Nosey: (imitates a goat bleating)
Miss Calamity: 🎶It's the place where you're about to get wet🎶
Mr. Nosey: Ker-splash!
Miss Calamity: 🎶It's the place that you surely never forget!
All's not fair at the county fair
The sides are kinda of naughty and the amusement is rare
I'm really glad it happens only once a year
Cause all's not fair at the county fair
It's not fa-a-air!🎶
Miss Calamity: Ooh! What a calamity!
Miss Calamity: 🎶At the fa-a-air!🎶
(A transition of Mr. Scatterbrain holding balloons of himself and floating into the air is shown. Mr. Scatterbrain raises his hat to greet the viewers as he floats away. The next scene shows Mr. Pernickety and Little Miss Naughty watching Mr. Small trying to catch a greased pig)
Pig: (squeals)
(Mr. Small first chases the pig to the left. Then Mr. Small chases the pig to the right and falls in the mud)
Miss Naughty: (giggles)
(Mr. Persnickety turns to Little Miss Naughty)
Mr. Pernickety: Explain to me again, Miss Naughty, why ANYONE would want to volunteer to catch a...greased pig?
Miss Naughty: Oh my, Mr. Pernickety. I think it looks like fun.
Mr. Pernickety: Fun, Miss Naughty, is organizing your sock drawer.
(Mr. Small and the pig he is chasing run closely by Mr. Pernickety and Little Miss Naughty)
Mr. Pernickety: Not rolling around in muck!
(Mr. Small trips as he tries to catch the pig and gets covered in mud. Some mud splashes over the fence separating the competition from the audience and Mr. Pernickety's chest and bowtie get covered in mud)
Mr. Pernickety: (grunts in disgust) Mud!
Miss Naughty: (giggles)
(Mr. Pernickety takes out a handkerchief and wipes the mud off himself)
Mr. Pernickety: (grunts in disgust)
(In the arena, Mr. Happy is shown standing by the mud-covered Mr. Small)
Mr. Happy: Let's give a nice round of applause to Mr. Small!
(Mr. Happy raises Mr. Small's hand and unintentionally lifts Mr. Small off the ground as well. Some people are heard clapping offscreen)
Audience (offscreen): (cheering)
Mr. Happy: Nice try, Mr. Small!
(Little Miss Naughty applauds eagerly)
Mr. Pernickety: I have had enough of this disgusting display!
(Mr. Pernickety gets an idea)
Mr. Pernickety: Let's go look at the cakes, shall we?
(Mr. Pernickety starts walking away. The camera cuts over to Mr. Happy. Mr. Happy has a card with the name of the next volunteer written on it)
Mr. Happy: Our next contestant is...
(The camera zooms in closer to Mr. Happy)
Mr. Happy: Mr. Pernickety!
(The camera cuts over to Mr. Pernickety who immediately turns around in disbelief over hearing his name being called for an event he would never partake in. The camera zooms in closer towards Mr. Pernickety to emphasize the twist)
Mr. Pernickety: G'AAAAH!!!
(Mr. Pernickety walks over to Mr. Happy in confusion regarding the misunderstanding)
Mr. Pernickety: There must be some mistake!
Mr. Happy: Not at all! You signed up right here.
(Mr. Happy shows Mr. Pernickety the entry that was submitted and Mr. Pernickety's signature)
Mr. Happy: There's your signature, plain as day.
(Mr. Pernickety looks at the entry and realizes something)
Mr. Pernickety: But that's not my signature!
Miss Naughty: (giggles mischievously)
Mr. Pernickety: I-
(Mr. Pernickety turns towards Little Miss Naughty and realizes what Little Miss Naughty has done. Mr. Pernickety walks over to Little Miss Naughty very crossed with her)
Mr. Pernickety: Miss Naughty...you have that look in your eye.
Miss Naughty: I signed you up! Sometimes, I just can't help myself!
(Mr. Tickle shows up and grabs Mr. Pernickety by his arm)
Mr. Happy (offscreen): Come on down, Mr. Pernickety!
Mr. Pernickety: (grunts)
(Mr. Tickle drags Mr. Pernickety back into the arena. Little Miss Naughty chuckles inaudibly. The camera cuts over to Mr. Happy, Mr. Tickle, and the scared Mr. Pernickety)
Mr. Happy: The whole fair's waiting! There's no turning back now!
(Mr. Pernickety tries to run away)
Mr. Pernickety: (breathes heavily)
(Mr. Tickle uses his extraordinarily long arms to grab Mr. Pernickety and pull him back over with Mr. Pernickety struggling to break free)
Mr. Pernickety: (grunts) I have no interest in participating in this madness! (grunts)
(Mr. Tickle manages to pull Mr. Pernickety back into the arena. The camera cuts to a big pigpen where the pig inside is heard charging at the gate)
Big Pig (from inside the pigpen): (grunts)
(The cameras cuts to the terrified Mr. Pernickety)
Mr. Pernickety: Oh dear!
(The camera cuts back to the big pigpen where the pig inside is heard charging at the gate)
Big Pig (from inside the pigpen): (grunts)
(The cameras cuts back to the terrified Mr. Pernickety)
Mr. Pernickety: Oh! Ahh!
(The pig breaks down the gate revealing that they are much bigger than the pig Mr. Small was chasing and seems to have quite the temper. Mr. Pernickety is horrified to see the giant pig he has to chase)
Mr. Pernickety: SWEET APPLE STRUDEL!! (screams)
(Mr. Pernickety runs away and the big pig ends up chasing after Mr. Pernickety)
Big Pig: (squeals)
(Mr. Pernickety continues to run until he stops in front of a giant maze of mud puddles)
Mr. Pernickety: Mud!
Big Pig (offscreen): (grunts and snorts)
(Mr. Pernickety turns around to see the big pig charging at him)
Mr. Pernickety: PIIIIG!!!!!!
Big Pig: (snorts)
(Mr. Pernickety cautiously runs through the maze and avoids getting covered in muds as he runs, slides, and tip-toes past the mud)
Mr. Pernickety: (incoherent noises)
(A train whistle is heard in the background to symbolize the big pig charging at Mr. Pernickety like a bullet train. Mr. Pernickety successfully avoids the mud and continues running as fast as he can but his cautiousness only leads to the big pig gaining ground. Mr. Pernickety and the big pig run past Little Miss Naughty as she happily watches the show)
Mr. Pernickety: (breathing heavily)
(Mr. Pernickety is heard tripping and falling into a mud puddle offscreen)
Mr. Pernickety (offscreen): What!?
Miss Naughty: (giggles)
(Mr. Pernickety is shown covered in mud)
Mr. Pernickety: Oh, it's wet!
(Mr. Pernickety takes out his handkerchief, dabs a little of his spit, onto it and starts wiping the mud off)
Mr. Pernickety: (sighs)
(Mr. Pernickety hears the train sound effects, turns around, and sees the big pig catching up to him)
Mr. Pernickety: (screams) No!
(Mr. Pernickety runs away (with the mud falling off him) as the big pig continues chasing Mr. Pernickety. Mr. Pernickety starts climbing the fence enclosing the area in an effort of escaping)
Mr. Pernickety: (grunts)
(The big pig breaks through the fence and Mr. Pernickety ends up riding on top of them)
Mr. Pernickety: (screams)
(Mr. Pernickety starts bouncing up and down on the big pig)
Mr. Pernickety: (screams) Oh! Ah! No!
(Mr. Pernickety grabs the big pig so he would stop bouncing)
Mr. Pernickety: Slow down! Piggy! Get me off! No! Oh!
(The big pig runs back into the arena. Little Miss Naughty is shown in the background watching the show. The big pig stops and turns around to see Mr. Pernickety on their back. Realizing that they have been caught, the big pig concedes defeat, bucks Mr. Pernickety off their back, and runs away)
Mr. Pernickety: Ah! Oof!
(Little Miss Naughty becomes worried when she sees Mr. Pernickety falls to the ground)
Miss Naughty: (gasps)
(Mr. Happy then walks over to Mr. Persnickety with a trophy in his hand)
Mr. Happy: Let's hear it for him folks!
(Mr. Pernickety stands back up)
Mr. Happy: Mr. Pernickety has just set a new county fair record!
(Mr. Happy gives Mr. Pernickety a trophy and cameras take his picture)
Audience (offscreen): (cheering)
(Little Miss Naughty then runs over towards the victorious Mr. Pernickety)
Miss Naughty: Was that fun or what?

Mr. Noisy (through megaphone): I promise you these are the same mallets we use every year!!
(Mr. Bump shows up behind Mr. Stubborn enjoying some cotton candy)
Mr. Noisy (through megaphone): You want to take another try?!
(Mr. Stubborn swings the mallet and almost hits Mr. Bump. Luckily, Mr. Bump avoids the mallet)
Mr. Stubborn: Yes! I want to take another try! That was just my warmup.
Mr. Noisy (through megaphone): I'll give you a tip! It's best to swing after you hear the ping!
Mr. Stubborn: Keep your tips to yourself! I have my own method!

(Mr. Quiet lights the fuse)
Mr. Quiet: Phew!
(Mr. Quiet turns around and covers his ears)

(The cannon fires Little Miss Daredevil out and Mr. Quiet ends up being shot out with her)
Mr. Quiet: (screams)
Audience (offscreen): (cheers)
Mr. Happy: Ooh wonderful!!
(The camera zooms out to show Little Miss Daredevil soaring through the air with Mr. Quiet holding one of her ankles)
Mr. Quiet (overlap): (screams)
Miss Daredevil (overlap): Wah-hoo!!!!
Mr. Happy: Miss Daredevil and Mr. Quiet, do it again! A two-man cannonball!
(The camera zooms in on Little Miss Daredevil and Mr. Quiet)
Mr. Quiet: Not good! No-not good! Not good! Not good! Not good! (sighs)
(Little Miss Daredevil and Mr. Quiet continue soaring towards the target as the screen fades to black.
Miss Whoops: And now it's time for the Dillydale Pie Tasting contest. I'd like to introduce our judges...
(The camera zooms in on Mr. Rude and Mr. Scatterbrain)
Miss Whoops (offscreen): Mr. Rude and Mr. Scatterbrain.
Mr. Scatterbrain: WAIT!!
(Mr. Scatterbrain goes under the table and pulls out an eye chart and a pointing stick)
Mr. Scatterbrain: Okay, ready.
Mr. Rude: We are tasting pies! Not testing eyes.
(Mr. Scatterbrain tosses the eye chart and pointing stick away)
Mr. Scatterbrain: Oh! (chuckles)
(Mr. Scatterbrain leans in close to Mr. Rude)
Mr. Scatterbrain: Pies! Well, in that case...
(Mr. Scatterbrain runs away and comes back with goat that he puts on top of the table)
Goat: (bleats)
Mr. Scatterbrain: Here's Blueberry!
(Mr. Rude pushes Blueberry closer towards Mr. Scatterbrain)
Mr. Rude: Oh, ditch the goat!
"Food of the Dog pie"?
(Little Miss Whoops is shown riding Blueberry in the background)
Miss Whoops: Actually, it's mince meat pie.
Miss Whoops: Looks like Blueberry's the winner.
(A pie hits Little Miss Whoops in the face and Blueberry licks her. The screen iris' out.
Grumpy a funhouse!
(Little Miss Chatterbox gets an idea)
Miss Chatterbox: (gasp) Let's go in!
(Mr. Grumpy looks at the funhouse)
Mr. Grumpy: I'd sooner eat mud.
(Mr. Grumpy tries to walk away but Little Miss Chatterbox grabs him by the arm and prevents him from leaving)
Miss Chatterbox: Oh-ho! Come on! I mean, they wouldn't call them "funhouses" if they weren't fun.
Mr. Grumpy: (groans) What kind of dingdong would enjoy something like this?
(Little Miss Chatterbox pops up in front of the tunnel with a "ding-dong" sound effect playing in the background. Signaling that Little Miss Chatterbox is the dingdong Mr. Grumpy was referring to)
Miss Chatterbox: (gasps, shimmies her body) I'm going to get one of those tunnels for my house! You know, for parties. My guests would get such a kick out of it.
(Little Miss Chatterbox ducks down and Mr. Grumpy continues spinning inside the tunnels)
Mr. Grumpy: Yet another reason to avoid your parties.
(Little Miss Chatterbox grabs Mr. Grumpy by the arm and pulls him to the next room. Little Miss Chatterbox and Mr.
(continues walking) If there was anything enjoyable about stumbling around in the dark, night lights would never have been invented! (walks into another something he and the viewers couldn't see) Ow!
Mr. Grumpy: (gasps)
(Little Miss Chatterbox looks at her reflection in five overlapping mirrors)
Miss Chatterbox: Oh! Hello! Hello! Hello! Hello! (scoffs happily)
(Little Miss Chatterbox turns around)
Miss Chatterbox: I can see my back.
(Little Miss Chatterbox sees her reflection from mirrors on her left, right, and front)
Miss Chatterbox: I can see my front, I can see my right side, I ca-
(Little Miss Chatterbox notices mirrors above her)
Miss Chatterbox: Oh look!
Miss Chatterbox: I think I'll wear this again tomorrow.
(Mr. Grumpy bumps into the mirror on the right)
Mr. Grumpy: Ow!
(Little Miss Chatterbox walks away)
Mr. Grumpy: Well, finally, something worth looking at.
Grumpy up. Mr. Grumpy brushes his arms off)
Miss Chatterbox: Sorry you're not having fun, Mr. Grumpy.
(Little Miss Chatterbox grabs Mr. Grumpy's hand and walks him over to the next part of the funhouse)
Miss Chatterbox: I promise, you'll love the next part.
Mr. Grumpy: Yeah, the only thing I'd love right now...is the exit.
Elephant (offscreen): (trumpeting)
(Mr. Grumpy turns to the direction of the noise and is in shock)
Mr. Grumpy: (gasps)
Grumpy)
Miss Chatterbox: Well you have to, it's the only way out. Unless you want to go back through from where we just came.
(Little Miss Chatterbox heads inside the room with the robotic elephant feet inside)
Miss Chatterbox: All you have to do is step through the elephant legs without getting squished.
(Little Miss Chatterbox walks through the elephant feet without any trouble)
Mr. Grumpy (offscreen): No kidding.
(Mr. Grumpy is shown in the room and looks at the first elephant foot that's in front of him. Mr. Grumpy takes a huge step past the first elephant foot)
Mr. Grumpy: (grunts)
Grumpy, The camera cuts outside of the funhouse where Little Miss Chatterbox is waiting for Mr. Grumpy)
Mr. Grumpy (offscreen sarcastically): That was so much fun.
(Mr. Grumpy exits the funhouse stretched like an accordion due to being squished by the elephant's foot)
Mr. Grumpy: I almost wish I could do it over.
Miss Chatterbox: (chuckles) Oh, you can't do the same ride TWICE, Mr. Grumpy. Not when there's so many other things to do.
(Little Miss Chatterbox turns around and sees another ride offscreen)
Miss Chatterbox: Oh my gosh! Look at that ride!
(Little Miss Chatterbox jumps up and down while the annoyed Mr. Grumpy (now straightened back to normal) glares at her)
Miss Chatterbox: You're actually upside-down!
Because mud is yucky!
(Little Miss Chatterbox drags the unenthusiastic Mr. Grumpy to the ride)
Miss Chatterbox: Besides, they wouldn't call them "thrill rides" if they weren't thrilling. Right? Come on!
Miss Naughty: (laughs and giggles mischievously)
(A plethora of bright yellow circles appear to form Little Miss Sunshine. The camera zooms into her mouth, revealing the next scene. The next scene is the music video for "All's Not Fair")
Miss Calamity: 🎶 All's not fair at the county fair
There's really nothing like it anywhere
It's a Dillydale tradition so go if you dare
Cause all's not fair at the county fair
It's a place for a pie in the face 🎶
Mr. Nosey: Look Out!
Miss Calamity: 🎶It's a place for pig in a race 🎶
Mr. Nosey: Go little piggy
It's not fair!🎶
Miss Calamity: What a calamity! Oh! You know?
(A transition of Mr. Scatterbrain holding balloons of himself and floating into the air is shown. Mr. Scatterbrain raises his hat to greet the viewers as he floats away. The next scene shows Mr. Persnickety and Little Miss Naughty watching Mr. Small trying to catch a greased pig)
