Getting Around is a Season 2 episode of The Mr. Men Show.

Plots

  • Mr. Nervous' Plot: Mr. Nervous goes on a scary Taxi ride with Miss Scary. When he finally gets home and walks into his house, everyone surprises him and he fainted.
  • Miss Daredevil's Plot: Miss Daredevil ads for her Zoom Boots. (NOT IN THE UK VERSION!)
  • Mr. Fussy's Plot: Mr. Fussy, Mr. Messy and Mr. Happy go for a ride on the Scatterbrain express which is made from Elephants. Mr. Happy loves it but Mr. Fussy doesn't. Mr. Fussy soon gets covered in pillow fluff and jumps off at Dillydale Beach and then gets chased by a flock of Seagulls.
  • Mr. Grumpy, Mr Noisy, Miss Chatterbox and Mr Stubborn's Plot: Mr. Grumpy, Miss Chatterbox and Mr. Noisy take the number 7 bus to the Dillydale Swimming pool, but they are horrified to see the bus driver is Mr. Stubborn. He takes the wrong way and he refuses to believe that, despite Mr Noisy, Miss Chatterbox and Mr Grumpy's best efforts to prove him wrong. He then crashes into a ocean which he considers to be the Dillydale Swimming Pool.

Trivia

  • In one point when the bus arrives and the passangers get off, if you pause for one second, you can see Mr. Grumpy's hat briefly for a second.
  • A hint of Grumpy/Chatterbox was hinted when Miss Chatterbox wanted to scoot over to Mr. Grumpy as they wait for the bus.
  • Mr. Fussy, Mr. Rude, Mr. Lazy, Miss Helpful, Mr. Grumpy, Miss Sunhine, Mr. Quiet, Miss Naughty, Mr. Messy, Mr. Tickle, Mr. Scatterbrain, and Mr. Bump make cameos at Mr. nervous' party
  • Mr Stubborn said "Your map is cheap" a second time in this episode after 'Lake.'
  • This is the first and only time where Mr. Grumpy insults Mr. Stubborn when putting his foot down, but the latter is undeterred as always.

Bumpers

Mr. Nosy and Mr. Small are cycling but there's disaster happening.

  1. They Cycle past Mr. Bounce and fall into a hole.
  2. The peddle up a see saw and Mr. Bounce launches them into the air.
  3. Same as the first time except that a flying saucer abducts them.
