Happy Birthday, Mr. Quiet! (Bon anniversaire, monsieur Silence ! in French) is a rhyme-in-joke in the I Grow Up with the Mr. Men and Little Miss series.

It was released in April 1999, and then re-released in 2000.

Mr. Quiet's friends have come to wish him a happy birthday.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" yells Mr. Noisy.

"OUR SINCERE WISHES!" adds Miss Loud.

Little Miss Fun and Mr. Funny are making music. TAGADA TSOIN TSOIN! BADABOUM BOOM BOOM!

Mr. Mischief lights some firecrackers. PSCHITTT... BANG! BANG! BANG!

Mr. Greedy and Miss Greedy devour the cakes. SCROONK! SCROONK! SCROONK!

Mr. Chatterbox chatters on. BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA...

"Amazing!" says Mr. Silly.

Mr. Quiet looks happy. He who hates noise!

Do you find that surprising too? Not so much! Mr. Quiet put cotton in his ears!

Thus having ten characters, this is the eighth time a large amount of characters are being featured in a rhyme-in-joke beating the last four previous ones which have 7 and a few 8. And what's more amazing is that this is the tenth time where the titular mascot of the Mr. Funny section appears in and also the fourth time appearing externally from his rhymes as the first time being in Mr. No Says Yes, the second in Mr. Wrong, Costume King and second in A Santa Claus Competition.
This is the first time that Mr. Quiet and Mr. Noisy interact in the series as well as the second time with Little Miss Loud in her story where she has breath. And if this isn't enough the former element also becomes recurring in The Mr. Men Show.
It is a pretty strange thing to see why Mr. Quiet had a birthday party celebrated as his friends came to wish him a happy birthday despite the case he would never want to have one due to noise and commotion. However in Mr. Quiet's Birthday, the eponymous character got dragged into a noisy beach party on his birthday by Miss Sunshine mostly to his horror he didn't like it.
