KiKa (contraction for KinderKanal) is a German kids channel founded in 1 January, 1997 as a joint venture between ARD and ZDF.
Its intended audience is children and the youth, and it is generally watched by children 3 to 13.

It used to air the German dub for Mr. Men and Little Miss (aka Tri-Tra-Trubel Land).
