Plot[]
Oh, my! Did you recognize her? It's Miss Bossy. With her, there's no room for discussion. She gives orders and you have to obey, like when she tells Mr. Funny to stop making everyone laugh right now, or forbidding Mr. Tickle from tickling as If he continue, she'll threaten to tie his arms up, period! This morning, she's going to visit Miss Contrary, in Inversonia. Do you think Miss Contrary invited her? Not at all! Miss Bossy invites herself. She wrote to Miss Contrary: "Wait for me at the bus stop. I'm coming, na!" She gets on the bus and says to the driver: "Give me a ticket to Inversonia!" The driver asks her kindly it would be faster than that. What a disagreeable little lady! Then she rushes over to Miss Shy and orders her: "Give me your seat. I want to be near the window!" Poor Miss Shy, for once she dared to leave her house. Completely ashamed, she hides under a seat at the back of the bus. Miss Bossy gets in and shouts: "Faster, driver!" A little later, the bus arrives in Inversonia. Miss Contrary greets Miss Bossy, saying: "Goodbye! I hope you didn't have a good trip!" But hey, she's in for some surprises! Do you know Inversonia? It's a country where everything is the opposite of everything else. In Inversonia, the sun shines at night and the moon during the day. In Inversonia, cows lay eggs and chickens give milk. So, all day long, Miss Bossy visits this strange country. When she demands that cars stop, they move backward. When she orders the birds to sing, they meow. Sing. When she says, "I want bread!" to the baker, he gives her sausages. And when she goes to the hairdresser, he sells her candy. Then, when she arrives at Miss Contrary's, to turn on the light, you have to turn on the water tap. And to watch television, you have to turn on the radio! That evening, angry and tired, Miss Bossy gets back on her bus, saying: What a lack of discipline! I'll never come back to this country! "What a mess!" You say to yourself: "Phew! Good for the people of Inversonia!" But wait! Miss Bossy has something to tell you: "That's enough for today! This story is over! Go to bed!" You get the idea, no point arguing. You know what you have to do!
