Little Miss Contrary and the Confused Guest is a book version of 'A Week—End with Little Miss Contrary'. It was published in France in 1998 then released globally in 2014.

Plot

It mostly follows the same plot.

Differences Between the Book Version & TV Version

• The scene where the taxi drivers switch upon arriving at Muddleland isn't shown
• Little Miss Wise visits Little Miss Contrary in Muddleland instead of Nonsenseland (Even though she doesn't live in Nonsenseland.)
• Little Miss Contrary doesn't take Little Miss Wise's suitcase when she comes in.
• Little Miss Wise manages to survive the whole weekend in the TV version. In the book version, she leaves early.
• Little Miss Wise shows more confusing over Little Miss Contrary's muddled up talking in the book version than in the TV version
• In the TV version, Muddleland is mistakenly called Nonsenseland.
