It was released in 1997, and then re-released in 2000.

For Little Miss Scatterbrain's birthday, Little Miss Dotty buys her a head.

"I hope she doesn't lose it!" she said to herself.

For Little Miss Star's birthday, Little Miss Dotty buys her a trumpet.

"With that, she'll have no trouble getting noticed!" she says to herself.

To make Mr. Nosey happy, Little Miss Dotty buys him a cap. "It will protect his big nose from the sun," she says to herself.
