Little Miss Greedy likes this pudding. Especially on a hot summer's day. Make this tasty treat with the help of a grown-up.

What You Will Need[]
- 10 - 15 ginger biscuits
- 1 cup of double cream
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of icing sugar
- A large mixing bowl
What To Do[]
- Put the cream, cocoa powder and icing sugar into the mixing bowl
- Whisk together until the mixture goes stiff. This might take a few minutes. Don't give up!
- Spread some of the mixture onto a biscuit. Stick another biscuit to it. Keep doing this until you have joined all the biscuits together. Only use about half the mixture.
- Spread the rest of the mixture over the outside of the biscuits. Cover them as much as possible. Make a bark pattern by dragging a fork through the cream.
- Put the log in the fridge. Leave for about 30 minutes before serving. Sift a little icing sugar over it so it looks like snow. Add some cherries if you want.
- Eat and enjoy!
