Little Miss Greedy is upset because she can't fit in her ball gown due to the fact that she eats too much. Little Miss Wise suggests that she sees Dr. Makeyouwell, so she did. Little Miss Greedy told Dr. Makeyouwell all about her meal plan and he told her stop just when she got to lunch. After Little Miss Greedy stood on the scales and breaks them, being too heavy for the scales to take her weight and exceeding the maximum weight limit, the doctor told her that he was going to set up a diet plan for her.

The plan said that she'll exercise with Little Miss Somersault who took her to the public indoor swimming pool. After Little Miss Greedy did her dive, she emptied the entire pool. The diet plan also said that she was to have meals with Mr. Skinny, who served 1 piece of spaghetti, but he ended up eating Mr. Skinny's spaghetti as well, much to his relive, having hardly any appetite. Little Miss Greedy then went jogging when Little Miss Trouble and Mr. Mischief saw her and decided to help her by playing a mean prank on her.

Little Miss Trouble popped out of a bush with a scary face, painted by Mr. Mischief, on her back. Little Miss Greedy was so scared that she ran all the way to Little Miss Wise's house. When Little Miss Wise saw how she lost weight on the way here, she was amazed. It was then shown that she was finally able to fit in her ball gown making Little Miss Greedy quite pleased.

  • It would have taken Little Miss Greedy more than a day to lose weight. Also after she lost weight, she still looked the same in some scenes. In some scenes, she had also appeared to have lost weight, before Mr. Mischief and Little Miss Trouble played a trick on her.
