Little Miss Neat is a comic from the 1997 Annual.

Plot[]

Little Miss Neat loves keeping her house, Twopin Cottage, neat and tidy. She has over a thousand mops, dusters, brushes, wax, tins, spray polish, varnish, and cleaner bottles (all of them in total, not individually) just to keep her house clean. One of her favorite days of the week was VIM day; VIM means "Very Important Mug" and it's the day where she cleans her mugs, tidies up the cupboards, and puts everything back. One particular VIM day, she ran out of washing-up liquid needed to wash the mugs with. You'd think Little Miss Neat would drop everything to get more, right? For once, that wasn't the case. This VIM day, she decides to make it stand for "Very Important Meal" and enjoy some tea and dinner. Hey, even Little Miss Neat can put things off for a while. Don't you think?
