Little Miss Vain/Madame Coquette is part of the Little Miss series of books, by Roger Hargreaves. She was created by two writers, Viviane Cohen and Evelyne Lallemand and an illustrator, Colette David.
Story
Little Miss Vain/Madame Coquette is one of the most beautiful Little Misses in the world, and she lives in Prettyville. She is very strict about her looks, she made her bed sheets, curtain, and her carpet match her, when Little Miss Sunshine asks if she would like to go for a walk with her, she dresses herself and her room golden with red polka dots to match Miss Sunshine, but Little Miss Naughty paints her purse black and it no longer matches her carpet, so she throws it into the bin and walks out with it.
