- The first episode Little Miss Scary is playing a villain role for the movie.
- The first episode Mr. Noisy is seen without his megaphone.
- The first appearance of Mr. Small's catchphrase, "Good tidings".

Dub edits[]
- During Mr. Scatterbrain and Mr. Lazy's plot, the former says "Besides, they talk during the movie. Very annoying.", in the UK, 'movie' is replaced with 'film'.
- This also happens with Miss Helpful in the dubbed deleted scene, as well as removing "See?" before she says "At first, I thought it was part of the movie/film."
- In Mr. Rude's plot, Mr. Happy doesn't finish his sentence ("Seriously, Mr. Rude, that is plenty of cheese!") in the UK, as he gets cut off on the word 'cheese'.
- In the same plot, Mr. Grumpy says "Look out!", when in the US, he doesn't say anything as all. Same with Mr. Bump, whose scream is added in the dub.
- A female voice that is not Miss Sunshine's is dubbed over in the scene where Mr. Rude realizes the popcorn is flying everywhere.
- In the dubbed deleted scene:
- Mr. Strong says "Ah, everything okay in there, Miss Calamity?" when in the US, he says "Uh, yo, everything okay in there, Miss Calamity?"
- In the US, when the film projector spits out the tape, Miss Calamity says "Oh, the film!" while in the UK, she just exclaims.
- In the US, Miss Calamity says "I always knew I'd be in pictures!" while in the UK, she says "I knew I'd be in films one day!"
- In Mr. Fussy's plot, Mr. Strong says "Hey, is this the guy?" when in the US, he says "Yo, is this the guy?"
- In the same plot, Mr. Per(s)nickety shouts "Removed?!" in the US, while he says it a little calmer in the UK.
Goofs[]
- (Also a plot hole) Mr. Rude is still stuck in the popcorn machine and being pried out by Mr. Strong in Little Miss Calamity's plot. However, when Little Miss Calamity is shown in the film reel, Mr. Rude is sitting in the audience.
- It's possible that Mr. Strong might have got Mr. Rude out of the popcorn machine right after hanging up on Little Miss Calamity.
- The mustard on Mr. Fussy's face disappears when Mr. Noisy says "That's it!".
- Mr. Noisy's mouth is kept open for a while.
- At the end of the video when it shows the Concession Stand again, the other Mr. Men and Little Miss can be seen on the left side of the screen.
Real-World References[]
- The movie at the beginning is similar to Godzilla and King Kong.
- The whole trailer for Gamma Goo From Planet 9 is a reference to the 1958 movie The Blob. The goo in the trailer is also stopped in the same way as the climax of the movie, by using Co2 Extinguishers.
