Mr. Bump is depressed after demolishing Mr. Clever's house of cards with Mr. Tickle, Mr. Clever and Mr. Sneeze, but he and Mr. Tickle quickly make up for the blunder by stopping Mr. Silly and Little Miss Dotty's runaway shopping caddie.
