Mr. Cheeky is a special Mr. Men book created by Adam Hargreaves.
In 2001, the Daily Mirror hosted a "Make your own Mr. Men character. 8 year old Gemma Almond won, so one of the shops sold it. You can now get it at shops like eBay or Amazon.
Story
Mr. Cheeky was very cheeky. He ate Mr. Greedy's breakfast, painted over Little Miss Neat's glasses, made fun of Mr. Nosey when he asked him to help him bandage his nose, walked straight to the front of the queue and made fun of Mr. Small when the latter protested, and told Mr. Muddle to get lost when he asked him for directions to the supermarket to buy toothpaste.
