(Mr. Dizzy answers the telephone the wrong way (i.e. he talks into the back of it).)

Mr. Dizzy: Hello? he Hello?

(Mr. Dizzy hangs up the phone just as Mr. Clever walks over to him.)

Mr. Clever: Uh Mr. Dizzy.

(Mr. Dizzy turns around and is surprised to see Mr. Clever.)

Mr. Dizzy: Oh!

Mr. Clever: I'm Mr. Clever. I'm entering a competition and so I've come to ask if you mind looking after my dog?

Mr. Dizzy: I shall be proud to look after your dog!

Mr. Clever: I rather hope that my dog will be proud of you.

(The scene then fades to Mr. Dizzy heading over to Mr. Clever's house.)

(The scene cuts to Mr. Clever's dog, Rex reading a newspaper.)

Narrator: Like his master is very very smart.

(Mr. Dizzy rings the doorbell and Mr. Clever lets him in.)

Mr. Dizzy: Hello! Hello!

Mr. Clever: Rex, here's Mr. Dizzy who'll look after you while I'm away.

Mr. Dizzy: Meow! (giggles) Meow!

Mr. Clever: (whispers into Rex's ear) Don't worry. He's a little dizzy.

Mr. Dizzy: Look, I've-

(Mr. Dizzy pulls out a dead fish)

Mr. Dizzy: I've got a present for you, doggy! Hello doggy!

(Rex is disgusted by the smell.)

Rex: Yuck! Put that back in the fridge and get ready for our walk.

(Mr. Dizzy puts on the collar.)

Rex: (laughs)

Mr. Dizzy: What? Did I do something wrong?

Rex: (rolls on the floor laughing, then gets up) Ready for walkies?

(The scene cuts to Mr. Dizzy walking Rex with Rex wearing the handle of the leash and Mr. Dizzy wearing the collar.)

Rex: To the park.

(Mr. Dizzy and Rex walk to the park. Mr. Snooty and Little Miss Trouble arrive shortly after they do.)

(Little Miss Trouble takes a bone out of her purse.)

Miss Trouble: Here you are nice doggie. (laughs)

Mr. Snooty: (laughs)

(Mr. Dizzy takes the bone in confusion.)

Mr. Dizzy: What do I do with it?

Mr. Snooty: I say, your friend's a bit dizzy Rex. Can he sit up and beg?

(Rex turns away. Little Miss Trouble takes some sugar out of her bag. Mr. Dizzy is afraid to take something from Little Miss Trouble.)

Mr. Dizzy: Oh.

Miss Trouble: He doesn't like sugar.

(Little Miss Trouble takes out some pepper.)

Miss Trouble: I'm sure he'd prefer a little pepper.

(Little Miss Trouble shakes some pepper out in front of Mr. Dizzy. Mr. Dizzy breathes it in and it triggers a sneezing fit.)

Mr. Dizzy: (sneezes)

(Some of Mr. Dizzy's sneeze spray gets on Mr. Snooty's monocle and he cleans it off.)

Miss Trouble: (giggles)

Mr. Snooty: We take out our handkerchief when we sneeze Mr. Dizzy!

Mr. Dizzy: (sneezes)

(Mr. Snooty and Little Miss Trouble leave.)

Mr. Dizzy: What did I do wrong?

(Rex takes the bone.)

Rex: First give me that bone! I'm the dog!

(Mr. Dizzy takes the collar off and gives it to Rex.)

Rex: And give me the collar! You look ridiculous with that thing around your neck!

(Mr. Dizzy sits down on a park bench and begins to cry.)

Mr. Dizzy: Everybody makes fun of me. I'm tired of being so dizzy.

(Rex walks over to Mr. Dizzy feeling extremely sorry for him.)

Rex: Don't be that way. You're not as silly as all that! Just tell yourself you're clever!

Mr. Dizzy: I'm clever?

(Mr. Dizzy cheers up and starts dancing around.)

Mr. Dizzy: (laughs) I'm clever! (laughs) I'm clever!

Rex: Perfect!

Mr. Dizzy: I'm clever! (laughs) I'm clever!

Rex: Yeah, that's good! Now put that collar around my neck!

(Mr. Dizzy follows Rex's direction.)

Rex: I'm only a dog and you're my master!

Mr. Dizzy: What will we do?

(Rex looks around before getting an idea.)

Rex: We're gonna teach two bad people a lesson.

(Rex whispers into Mr. Dizzy's ear.)

Mr. Dizzy: Oh! (giggles)

(Mr. Dizzy and Rex head to the park entrance.)

Narrator: Rex and Mr. Dizzy waited for Little Miss Trouble and Mr. Uppity to return.

(Little Miss Trouble and Mr. Snooty return.)

Mr. Snooty: My dear Dizzy. Are you still quite as dizzy?

(Mr. Dizzy winks at Rex.)

Mr. Dizzy: Eh...no. (giggles) Now I'm clever. (laughs) Oh. (sneezes)

Miss Trouble: I see you still have a cold. I've got just the remedy! (giggles)

(Little Miss Trouble takes the pepper out of her purse.)

Miss Trouble: Here! Breathe this in. It's really very for colds!

(Little Miss Trouble shakes some pepper out in front of Mr. Dizzy. Mr. Dizzy breathes it in but doesn't sneeze. Much to Little Miss Trouble's surprise.)

Mr. Dizzy: I'll just need a little bit more. Could you fill Mr. Uppity's hat?

(Mr. Snooty takes off his hat.)

Mr. Snooty: With pleasure my dear Dizzy.

(Little Miss Trouble fills Mr. Snooty's hat with pepper and gives it to Mr. Dizzy. Mr. Dizzy breathes in the pepper and it triggers a giant sneeze.)

Mr. Dizzy: (sneezes)

(Mr. Dizzy sneezes the pepper into the air and Little Miss Trouble and Mr. Snooty breathe in the cloud of pepper and causes them to fall into a sneezing fit.)

Mr. Snooty and Little Miss Trouble: (coughs and sneezes)

Rex and Mr. Dizzy: (laugh)

(Mr. Dizzy places the pepper filled hat back on Mr. Snooty's head.)

Mr. Dizzy: Oh! Excuse me! (laughs) How dizzy I am! (laughs)

(Mr. Snooty and Little Miss Trouble get very angry and storm off.)

Narrator: There now. And that's how with the help of Rex, Mr. Dizzy became more clever!

(Mr. Dizzy and Rex continue to laugh.)

(Fade to black.)
