Mr. Fussy Goes for a Drive is a story from the 1996 Annual

Plot[]

Mr. Fussy likes things pristine and in the right place. Even his car is spotless before and after a drive. One day, after polishing his car, he was ready to go for a drive when it began to rain. Mr. Fussy didn't want to get his car wet and had to wait. Then, when the rain stopped, the wind started to blow leaves and dust everywhere. Mr. Fussy, after polishing the dust off his car, wanted to go for a drive but also wanted to keep his car clean. How did he solve the problem? By taking his garage with him so it protects the car as he drives it! Even Mr. Clever would be impressed with that invention.
