Differences Between the Book and the Cartoon[]
- The Wizard is shown transforming the potatoes back into Mr. Mean's money in the cartoon. In the book, this was done offscreen.
- In the book, The Wizard reveals that he was disguised as the old lady, old man, and little boy after Mr. Mean has left. In the cartoon, he does this after Mr. Mean performs the good deed he was asked to do.
