The pilot for Mr. Men was produced somewhere around 1971. It was based on Mr. Tickle and produced by Terry Ward and Trevor Bond. The pilot was said to be five minutes long. It was pitched to the BBC, who liked it enough to pick up the show.[1] The pilot has never been shown publicly and if it still is exists is unknown.
