Old look:Dark Green oval, yellow nose, neatly-combed hair, toothbrush mustache, and orange shoes.
New look:Same dark green oval (light green in Season 1), yellow nose, neatly-combed hair, handlebar mustache, glasses, black bowtie, and brown shoes. Name was changed to Mr. Pernickety/Persnickety but changed back to Mr. Fussy.
