Mr. Neat is a special Mr. Men character who was created especially for advertising Olivetti. He appeared in a 1985 TV commercial.

He works at office. Mr. Messy came to him for help when his own office became a mess, and Mr. Neat advised him to talk to Olivetti. He was also able to untangle Mr. Messy into his original round shape.
