(The episode begins with Mr. Noisy reading his own story.)
Narrator: Mr. Noisy was a very, very noisy person indeed.
(The camera zooms out to show Mr. Noisy in full detail.)
Narrator: For example, if Mr. Noisy was reading the story to you, he'd be shouting at the top of his voice. And the top of Mr. Noisy’s voice is a very loud place indeed.
(The camera zooms in on Mr. Noisy's mouth as Mr. Noisy appears to be screaming inaudibly.)
Narrator: You can hear it a hundred miles away.
(Fades to Mr. Noisy's face.)
Narrator: For example: when most people sneeze, you can hear them in the next room. But...
Mr. Noisy: HA-AH-AH-AH-CHOO!!
Narrator: And Mr. Noisy sneezes you can hear them in the next country.
(Cuts to a house located at the top of the hill.)
Narrator: Now, this story starts when Mr. Noisy was asleep in bed.
(Camera zooms into Mr. Noisy's house.)
Narrator: In his bedroom, in his house. Which is on top of a hill.
(The scene cuts to Mr. Noisy sleeping in his bed.)
Mr. Noisy (overlap): (snoring)
Narrator (overlap): He was snoring.
(The camera zooms in slowly.)
Mr. Noisy (overlap): (snoring)
Narrator (overlap): And as you can well imagine, where Mr. Noisy snores, that is a snore worth hearing; It sounds more like a herd of elephant in a snore. Then Mr. Noisy's alarm clock went off.
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy's alarm clock going off, Thus making the whole town of Wobbletown wake up. All the lights in Wobbletown turn on to signal everyone waking up.)
Narrator: Mr. Noisy's alarm clock sounds like no other alarm clock in the world! Sounds more like a fire engine. Mr. Noisy woke up!
(The scene fades to Wobbletown where everybody had heard it. It also starts zooming out slightly.)
Narrator: And so too did all the people in who lived in Wobbletown. which is at the bottom of Mr. Noisy's hill.
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy's window. it later moves to Mr. Noisy before he is going to slam the door to go shopping.)
Narrator: Later that day, Mr. Noisy had decided that he had to go shopping.
(Zooms out a little bit.)
Narrator: He went out of his house...shutting the door behind him.
(Mr. Noisy slams the door he had caused everything to wobble.)
Narrator: The door wobble!
(Cuts to the house shaking and zooming out of it.)
Narrator: The house wobbled! The whole hill wobbled!
(Cuts to Wobbletown shaking.)
Narrator: Wobbletown wobbled!
(Cuts to a bird flying high shaking.)
Narrator: Even the bird flying high, wobbled!
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy walking down the hill to go shopping.)
Narrator: Then Mr. Noisy walked down the hill.
(The scene fades to Mr. Noisy entering the bakers' shop.)
Narrator: He walked into the bakers' shop.
(As Mr. Noisy opens the door and later closes all by itself, it causes a shake due to pushing it. The scene cuts to Mr. Noisy with a basket.)
Mr. Noisy: I'D LIKE A LOAF OF BREAD!
Narrator: Boomed Mr. Noisy to Mrs. Crumb, the Bakers' wife.
(Cuts to Mrs. Crumb frowning, and it zooms.)
Narrator: Mrs. Crumb trembled...and sold him a loaf.
(The scene later cuts to Mr. Noisy heading off to the butchers.)
Narrator: Then Mr. Noisy walked along the street to the butcher.
(Fades to Mr. Noisy walking into the Butchers. as he does, the door opens and closes itself causing a slight shake.)
Narrator: He walked into the butcher's shop.
(Cuts to a brown background with Mr. Noisy with a basket.)
Mr. Noisy: I'D LIKE A PIECE OF MEAT!
Narrator: Boomed Mr. Noisy to Mr. Bacon the butcher.
(Cuts to the Baker frowning the camera also zooms.)
Narrator: Mr. Bacon Trembled. And sold him some meat.
(The scenery now cuts to Mrs. Crumb having a conversation Mr. Bacon about Mr. Noisy. as they do, the camera zooms out.)
Narrator: Afterwards, Mrs. Crumb met Mr. Bacon in the street.
Mrs. Crumb: We really must do something about Mr. Noisy being so noisy.
Narrator: She said.
(The camera zooms to Mr. Bacon.)
Mr. Bacon: Definitely!
Narrator: Replied Mr. Bacon.
Mr. Bacon: But What?
(The camera zooms to Mrs. Crumb who has got an idea, and eventually whispers into her Mr. Bacon's ear.)
Mrs. Crumb: I know~!
Narrator: Said Mrs. Crumb.
(Fades to Mrs. Crumb and Mr. Bacon as Mrs. Crumb whispers into Mr. Bacon's ear.)
Narrator: And she whispered, into Mr. Bacon's ear.
(Mr. Bacon smiles.)
Narrator: Mr. Bacon smiled a small which grew into a broad grin.
Mr. Bacon: Mrs. Crumb,
Narrator: He said.
Mr. Bacon: I think you've got the answer!
(The scene transitions to Mr. Noisy on his walk for some shopping.)
Narrator: The Following day, Mr. Noisy again went shopping down Wobbletown.
(The scene fades to Mrs. Crumb's shop for the second time in this episode; Mr. Noisy comes in causing the camera to wobble and shake at the same time. The scene transitions to Mr. Noisy inside Mrs. Crumb's shop.)
Mr. Noisy: I'D LIKE A LOAF OF BREAD!
Narrator: Boomed Mr. Noisy.
(Cuts to Mrs. Crumb.)
Mrs. Crumb: I'm sorry eh...what did you say?
Narrator: Asked Mrs. Crumb pretending not to hear.
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy.)
Mr. Noisy: I'D LIKE A LOAF OF BREAD!!
Narrator: Mr. Noisy shouted.
(Cuts to Mrs. Crumb.)
Mrs. Crumb Oh I'm sorry!
Narrator: Said Mrs. Crumb putting hand earlier.
Mrs. Crumb: Could you speak up a bit please?
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy.)
Mr. Noisy: I'D LIKE, A LOAF, OF BREAD!!!
Narrator: Roared Mr. Noisy.
(Cuts to Mrs. Crumb.)
Mrs. Crumb: I can't hear you~!
Narrator: Replied Mrs. Crumb.
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy feeling very depressed.)
Narrator: Mr. Noisy gave up and went out.
(The scenery now cuts to Mr. Noisy going in Mr. Bacon's shop for 2nd time in this episode.)
Narrator: Mr. Noisy went into Mr. Bacon's Shop.
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy in a brown background.)
Mr. Noisy: I'D LIKE A PIECE OF MEAT!
Narrator: Boomed.
(Cuts to Mr. Bacon.)
Narrator: Mr. Bacon pretended not to notice.
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy.)
Mr. Noisy: I'D LIKE A PIECE OF MEAT!!
Narrator: Mr. Noisy shouted.
(Cuts to Mr. Bacon.)
Mr. Bacon: Did you say something?
Narrator: Asked Mr. Bacon.
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy feeling depressed.)
Mr. Noisy: I SAID, I'D LIKE, A PIECE, OF MEAT!!!
Narrator: Roared Mr. Noisy.
Mr. Bacon: Me Pardon?
Narrator: Said Mr. Bacon.
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy feeling depressed due to the trick Mr. Bacon and Mrs. Crumb did to him.)
Narrator: Mr. Noisy gave up! And went out, and went home.
(Fades to Mr. Noisy sleeping in his bedroom.)
Narrator: And went to bed...Hungry!
(The scene ripples to Mr. Noisy in Mrs. Crumb's shop.)
Narrator: The Day after, Mr. Noisy tried again. He went into Mrs. Crumb's shop.
Mr. Noisy: I'D LIKE A LOAF OF BREAD!
Narrator: Boomed.
(Cuts to Mrs. Crumb at the counter.)
Mrs. Crumb: A what?
Narrator: Asked Mrs. Crumb.
(Now cuts to Mr. Noisy who starts to get all moody and starts shouting and zooms out.)
Narrator: Mr. Noisy started shouting at the very top of his voice.
Mr. Noisy: A...LOAF...OF...
Narrator: Then he stopped. But then he though. Then he said, Quietly:
Mr. Noisy: I'd like a loaf of bread please, Mrs. Crumb.
(Cuts to Mrs. Crumb feeling happy after Mr. Noisy has improved.)
Narrator: Mrs. Crumb smiled.
Mrs. Crumb: Certainly.
Narrator: She said.
(The scene cuts to Mr. Noisy going into Mr. Bacon's shop.)
Narrator: Mr. Noisy went into the Mr. Bacon's shop.
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy.)
Mr. Noisy: I'D LIKE A PIECE OF MEAT!!
Narrator: He boomed.
(Cuts to Mr. Bacon.)
Mr. Bacon; Eh, did you say something?
Narrator: Asked Mr. Bacon.
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy getting very moody and starts yelling.)
Mr. Noisy: YES!!! I DID!!!
Narrator: Shouted Mr. Noisy in a very very top of his voice.
Mr. Noisy: I...SAID...I'D, LIKE, A...
Narrator: Then he stopped. And then he though. And then he said, Quietly:
Mr. Noisy: I'd like a piece of meat please, Mr. Bacon.
(Mr. Bacon finally smiles after Mr. Noisy has improved.)
Narrator: Mr. Bacon smiled.
Mr. Bacon: My pleasure!
Narrator: He said.
(The scene now cuts to a happy Mr. Noisy walking back to his house.)
Narrator: So, carrying his bag of meat, Mr. Noisy set off home up the hill.
(Mr. Noisy stops clumping.)
Narrator: And then he stopped. Then he thought. And then you know what he did?
(Fades to Mr. Noisy tip-toeing up to his house.)
Narrator: He tip-toed. A Tip-toe was something that Mr. Noisy had never tried before. It was fun. and you know something?
(Scene fades to black and then in Mr Noisy's house and he sits on his armchair.)
Narrator: From then until now. Mr. Noisy isn't anything like as noisy as he used to be. And do you know something else?
(Cuts and zooms to Wobbletown. It also fades to Mr. Bacon and Mrs. Crumb near Mr. Noisy's house where they're located down the hill.)
Narrator: People of Wobbletown are delighted.
Narrator: Spite is Mrs. Crumb and Mr. Bacon.
(The camera Zooms to a great view of Mr. Noisy's house as well as the two and a worm.)
Narrator: And you know something else?
(Cuts to Mr. Noisy in his armchair.)
Narrator: Mr. Noisy, has learnt...how to whisper.
(The episode ends, here.)

Narrator: This story begins,

(The scene cuts to Mr. Noisy sleeping in his bed.)
