Narrator: Mr. Nosey is busy at his favorite pastime...spying on the neighbors!

(Mr. Nosey does not find anything interesting.)

Mr. Nosey: Nothing new today.

(Mr. Nosey looks around some more and notices something interesting.)

Mr. Nosey: Oh! Well, well, well,

(Mr. Nosey sees Mr. Stamp pushing his bike towards Mr. Nosey's house.)

Mr. Nosey (offscreen): Here's Mr. Stamp coming to pay me a visit!

(Mr. Nosey eagerly runs down the stairs. Mr. Nosey opens the door to greet Mr. Stamp.)

Mr. Stamp: I have something for you, Mr. Nosey!

(Mr. Stamp opens his bag. Mr. Nosey looks into Mr. Stamp's bag only for a mousetrap to snap onto the end of Mr. Nosey's nose.)

Mr. Nosey (nasally due to the mousetrap on his nose): Ow! Ooh! My nose! Oh help! My nose!

(Mr. Stamp removes the mousetrap from Mr. Nosey's nose and asks why Mr. Nosey's nose was in his bag)

Mr. Stamp: Oh What's it doing in my bag?

(Mr. Nosey goes into the bag a second time and pulls out a bunch of letters.)

Mr. Stamp: Please. let go!

(Mr. Stamp takes the letters back.)

Mr. Stamp: Oh! These letters are not for you!

(Mr. Stamp puts the letters back in his bag and gives Mr. Nosey his newspaper.)

Mr. Stamp: Here, this is for you. Goodbye Mr. Nosey.

(Mr. Stamp leaves. Mr. Nosey opens his newspaper and goes inside.)

Mr. Nosey: Nothing interesting. Oh wait! What's this? "Detective needed to solve mystery. Contact Mr. Worry." (chuckles) At last! Someone needs my help!

(Mr. Nosey eagerly runs out of his house and runs over to Mr. Worry's house. The scene transitions to Mr. Nosey ringing Mr. Worry's doorbell and looking through the keyhole. Mr. Worry quickly answers the door.)

Mr. Worry: What are you doing?

Mr. Nosey: Don't you need a detective to solve a mystery?

Mr. Worry: Did you read that in the paper?

Mr. Nosey: I'm better than any detective!

(Mr. Nosey heads inside and begins looking around. He looks under the rug, in the wardrobe, and in the drawers.)

Mr. Nosey: Hmmm...

(Mr. Nosey notices a photo album in the drawer and takes it out for further investigation.)

Mr. Nosey: A member of your family?

Mr. Worry: Why do you want to know that?

Mr. Nosey: To help solve the mystery, of course!

Mr. Worry: The mystery isn't here! It's in the garden!

(The scene transitions to Mr. Worry and Mr. Nosey in Mr. Worry's garden. They are looking at an apple tree.)

Mr. Worry: Every day my apples disappear! I can't even sleep at night!

Mr. Nosey: I think I know where to begin.

(The scene transitions to Mr. Greedy's house. Mr. Nosey walks over and looks through the window to find Mr. Greedy having finished eating tons of boiled eggs and is now drinking some coffee. Knocking is heard.)

Mr. Greedy: Huh?

Mr. Nosey: No apples on the menu today, Mr. Greedy? (chuckles)

(Mr. Nosey walks around to the back of the house.)

Mr. Nosey: I wonder where he hides them?

(Mr. Nosey enters Mr. Greedy's house through the back door. Just as Mr. Nosey starts snooping around, Mr. Greedy walks over angry that Mr. Nosey is looking around his house without his permission.)

Mr. Greedy: Mr. Nosey, nosiness is a terrible thing!

(Mr. Nosey takes out a note pad and a pencil.)

Mr. Nosey: Well I can't tell you now but I'm on a special mission for Mr. Worry. His apples are disappearing.

(Mr. Greedy scratches his head and opens his pantry. The pantry is full of apples.)

Mr. Greedy: Somebody gave them to me this morning.

(Mr. Nosey takes out his notepad and pencil again.)

Mr. Nosey: Who?

(Mr. Greedy bites into one of the apples only to discover a disgusting and spicy surprise inside.)

Mr. Greedy: Oh!! Oh! Oh! Ow Ow! M-mustard!

(Mr. Greedy runs over to the sink and turns it on.)

Mr. Greedy: Those apples are full of hot-hot-hot m-m-mustard! Oh! Oh!

(Mr. Greedy starts drinking water from the tap and Mr. Nosey figures everything out.)

Mr. Nosey: Well, no need to tell me who gave you those apples~

(Mr. Greedy continues drinking water from the tap. The scene transitions to Uptonogood Cottage. Mr. Nosey is on the roof and looks down through the chimney to find Little Miss Trouble coring apples and stuffing them with mustard of Dijon.)

Miss Trouble: 🎵Someone's going to have some fun! Hee-hee-hee! Me!🎵

Mr. Nosey: I knew it! I KNEW it! Only Little Miss Trouble does things like that.

(Mr. Nosey looks down through the chimney again and falls down it.)

Mr. Nosey: (screams)

(Little Miss Trouble hears the noise from the chimney.)

Miss Trouble: Oh!

(Mr. Nosey tumbles out of the fireplace, covered in soot.)

Mr. Nosey: Hands up! (sneezes)

(Mr. Nosey sneezes the soot off.)

Mr. Nosey: You're under arrest!!

(Angry that she's been caught, Little Miss Trouble shoves the untainted apples into a white bag. Then, Little Miss Trouble throws an apple onto Mr. Nosey's nose then tosses him the bag of apples.)

Miss Trouble (offscreen): Kindly give these to Mr. Worry!

Mr. Nosey: Oh!

(Mr. Nosey leaves with the apples in tow and Little Miss Trouble looks at him angrily. Little Miss Trouble hits him with another apple. The scene cuts back to Mr. Worry's house. Mr. Worry is washing all the apples Mr. Nosey recovered from Little Miss Trouble.)

Mr. Worry: Are you certain Little Miss Trouble won't come and take more of my apples?

(Mr. Nosey looks at some stuff on Mr. Worry's table and his nose accidentally pushes them off.)

Mr. Nosey: Don't worry! Mysteries great are small, Nosey solves them all!

(Everything crashes onto the floor.)

Mr. Worry: Good heavens! What's happening?

(Mr. Nosey looks at an old photo that he accidentally knocked off the table.)

Narrator: Thanks to Mr. Nosey, Mr. Worry got his apples back!

(Mr. Nosey notices that the photo consists of a young Little Miss Trouble, Mr. Worry, Mr. Daydream, Mr. Funny, and an incidental.)

Mr. Nosey: So you've known Little Miss Trouble since play school? (chuckles) Maybe she was just trying to get her own back?

(Mr. Worry blushes in embarrassment.)

Mr. Worry: You're really too nosey, Mr. Nosey!

Mr. Nosey: That's what they always say when I learned one of their secrets! (laughs)

(Fade to black.)

(Episode ends here.)
