Mr. Rush (Annual Story) is a story from the 1980 Annual.

Plot[]

Mr. Rush is rushing back and forth as he usually does. Today, however he has a paintbrush and pot of paint with him. A nearby flower saw Mr. Rush with the supplies and realized that he is going to paint! Walter ran for cover while the flower started getting splashed with paint. Mr. Rush was rushing as he painted his house? Why? Nobody had a specific reason. The flower, however, quipped that he could be trying to finish painting his house before he ran out of paint; and with all the paint that was getting splattered everywhere due to the fast painting, that is a good reason.
