Mr. Small’s Week

Mr. Small’s Week is a story from the 1983 Annual.

Plot

Mr. Small tells the reader, "There are seven days in a week and this story tells what each day is called." He also proceeds to tell the readers what his friends did each day that week.

1. On Monday, Mr. Mean went shopping when he brought a half sausage and a small potato.
2. On Tuesday, Mr. Happy went to see Mr. Noisy to cheer up his friend that he was in bed with a sore throat.
3. On Wednesday, Mr. Clumsy tripped over his shoelaces, had broken a cup, and spilt some milk in one day.
4. On Thursday, Mr. Chatterbox just talked and talked and talked for hours and hours.
5. On Friday, Mr. Greedy bought some fish and chips, a loaf of bread and three cream buns for his lunch.
6. On Saturday, Mr. Bounce went to a football match and he was kick in the goal by mistake.
7. On Sunday, Mr. Lazy got out of bed then he yawned and stretched, then he went back to bed again.
