In the 2008 TV series The Mr. Men Show, Mr. Small is considerably larger, is egg-shaped and is an orange colour. A tall, black floating top hat replaces his blue bowler, and he now wears a pair of white sneakers.
He has a typical English accent in the US broadcast, and a Welsh accent in the UK broadcast.
His best friend is Mr. Nosey, and they live together in a observatory with a large telescope coming out from the roof. He is also small enough to fit under Mr. Nosey's arm.
He is first seen in Physical.

- He is multilingual, and is able to speak in English, French, Spanish, and possibly Welsh.
- Despite his small size, he has a much deeper voice than he does in the previous series in both the English dubs and the French dub.
- In the episode Machines, it was shown that he and Mr. Nosey had prehistoric ancestors.
- He appeared in 25 episodes of the 1995 TV Series.
- His favourite food is liverwurst sandwiches as mentioned in some episodes.
- He got bigger after Mr. Nosey gets the water on him in Gardens.
- He has been seen without Mr. Nosey in Science, Mall, Cars, Dance, Trees, Up and Down, Library, and Surprises (despite Mr. Nosey appearing with him two times). Mr. Nosey was seen without him in the bumpers of Construction and a cameo in the second plot of Snow. Mr. Small has also been seen without Mr. Nosey at Miss Whoops's garden party in Parties.
- He had his shoes off twice: in Mr. Strong and Mr. Bump's music video in Sand and Surf and The Mr. Men Show remix seen on the website.
- Keith Wickham who gives Mr. Small a Welsh Accent. He would later do the same voice for Skarloey from Thomas and Friends (2012-2021)
