Mr. Snow likes all things that are cold. Including cold treats. Learn how to make ice cream pudding to enjoy on a hot summer day. Don't forget to have a grown-up supervise you!

What You Will Need[]
- A large tub of soft vanilla ice cream
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
- A few raisins, sultanas, glacé cherries, dried apricots, crystalized ginger, candied peel, chocolate buttons, and chocolate raisins
- A large mixing bowl
- A plastic pudding basis
- Tin foil
What To Do[]
- Put the ice cream into the mixing bowl.
- Add the fruit, ginger, peel, and chocolate. Mix together well. Stir in the cinnamon powder.
- Put the mixture into the pudding basin. Cover with foil. Place in the freezer. Leave for about two hours - be patient!
- To serve, turn the ice cream pudding onto a plate.
- Eat and enjoy!
