Mr. Snow's Ice Cream Pudding is a recipe page from the 1999 Annual.

Synopsis[]

Mr. Snow likes all things that are cold. Including cold treats. Learn how to make ice cream pudding to enjoy on a hot summer day. Don't forget to have a grown-up supervise you!

Instructions[]

What You Will Need[]

A large tub of soft vanilla ice cream
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
A few raisins, sultanas, glacé cherries, dried apricots, crystalized ginger, candied peel, chocolate buttons, and chocolate raisins
A large mixing bowl
A plastic pudding basis
Tin foil

What To Do[]

Put the ice cream into the mixing bowl.
Add the fruit, ginger, peel, and chocolate. Mix together well. Stir in the cinnamon powder.
Put the mixture into the pudding basin. Cover with foil. Place in the freezer. Leave for about two hours - be patient!
To serve, turn the ice cream pudding onto a plate.
Eat and enjoy!
