Plot[]

It mostly follows the same plot as A Surprise for Mr. Tall.

Differences Between the Book Version & TV Version[]

  • Mr. Tall complains about his height upon waking up in the book version. In the TV version, he complains before running into Mr. Greedy.
  • Mr. Greedy doesn't splash all the water out of his pool in the book version. Likewise, Mr. Tall doesn't use a rain cloud to fill it back up.
  • The scene where Mr. Tall plays basketball with Little Miss Bossy and Little Miss Tidy isn't shown
  • The book version reveals that Mr. Tall buys multiple tickets because his legs take up multiple seats.
  • Little Miss Tiny asks Mr. Tall to move so she can watch the movie in the book version. In the TV version, she just complains on not being able to see the screen.
  • Mr. Tall isn't shown rescuing the baby bird.
  • Mr. Tall (under Little Miss Magic's spell) doesn't run into Little Miss Greedy.
  • Little Miss Chatterbox is the one who mentions that it's Mr. Tall's birthday to Mr. Tall in the book version. Mr. Nosey is the one who tells that to Mr. Tall in the TV version.
  • Little Miss Magic's spell to restore Mr. Tall's height is different.
  • In the TV version, Little Miss Tiny thanks Mr. Tall for getting her balloon back. In the book version, she asks him to not sit in front of him the next time he goes to the cinema.
  • While under Miss Magic's spell in the book version, Mr. Tall has shoes. In the T.V version, he has no shoes while under the effect of the spell.
