(Mr. Persnickety takes out a pencil and a pad of paper)

Mr. Persnickety: First, every float must have a theme. Second, each theme must have something to do with Dillydale. Third-

Mr. Rude: Are you finished!?

Mr. Persnickety: No, Mr. Rude! I am not!

(Mr. Rude walks away)

Mr. Persnickety: Third, each float must be tasteful, neat and tidy.

Mr. Messy: What!? No one told me that!

Mr. Persnickety: It's right here in the rules, Mr. Messy.

Mr. Messy: Can I see those rules?

Mr. Persnickety: Oh! All right! They don't say "neat and tidy." Uh...but they should!

(Mr. Rude pushes his toilet float to Mr. Persnickety)

Mr. Persnickety: Mr. Rude! What...is this!?

Mr. Rude: This...is my tribute to the toilet! Which is made entirely out of marshmallows!

(Mr. Rude licks his finger)

Mr. Rude: It even flushes!

(Mr. Rude flushes the toilet and a small geyser of water squirts out of it)

Mr. Rude: (chuckles)

Mr. Persnickety: But...that's in very poor taste!

Mr. Rude: Says who? I see nothing wrong with a toilet! Everyone has a toilet!

(The camera zooms in on Mr. Rude)

(Mr. Messy walks over to his float)

Mr. Messy: This is my tribute to the trash of Dillydale!

Mr. Persnickety: Yet another truly awful idea for a float.

Mr. Persnickety: I beg to differ! Next...Miss Naughty. I wonder what shenanigans she's planning?

(Mr. Persnickety walks over to Little Miss Naughty offscreen. Mr. Rude and Mr. Messy walk onscreen glaring at Mr. Persnickety in anger. The scene cuts to a surprised Mr. Persnickety seeing Little Miss Naughty's flower float)

(Mr. Persnickety writes something down on his notepad)

Miss Naughty: It's all made from real flowers!

Mr. Persnickety: How...delightful!

(Mr. Persnickety sniffs the flowers)

Mr. Persnickety: Oh! Are those rose petals?

Miss Naughty: 10,000 to be exact.

Mr. Persnickety: It's all natural! And beautiful! At last! A float worthy of this grand parade!

(Mr. Persnickety gives Little Miss Naughty a big hug)

Mr. Persnickety: Oh! Ho! Ho! Thank you, Miss Naughty!

(Mr. Persnickety stops hugging Little Miss Naughty and walks away)

Mr. Persnickety: Now, these first two are barely worth mentioning. But I'm sure you'll be quite impressed by Miss Naughty's masterpiece!

(Mr. Happy gives Mr. Persnickety a side hug)

Mr. Happy: Oh, they'll all be wonderful!

(The scene cuts to Mr. Rude on top of his float)

Crowd: (cheering)

Mr. Rude: (chuckles)

(Mr. Rude flushes the toilet float to show the people of Dillydale his float's flushing feature. The scene cuts back to Mr. Persnickety, Mr. Happy, and Little Miss Sunshine)

Miss Sunshine: (gasp) How lifelike! I mean...if you were a giant.

Mr. Happy: Very clever!

(Mr. Persnickety turns away)

Mr. Persnickety: Oh!

(Mr. Messy is shown on the top of his float waving to the crowd)

Crowd: (cheering)

(The scene cuts back to Mr. Happy and Little Miss Sunshine)

Mr. Happy: Oh! A tribute to trash! What a wonderful idea!

Miss Sunshine: I don't think we give trash enough credit.

(Little Miss Naughty is shown on her float batting her eyelashes to the crowd)

Crowd: (cheers)

(The scene cuts back to Mr. Happy and Little Miss Sunshine)

Mr. Happy: What a fantastic float!

Miss Sunshine: Oh my!

(Mr. Persnickety pops back up)

Mr. Persnickety: Isn't it?

Mr. Happy and Miss Sunshine: (gasps)

Miss Sunshine: Oh!

Mr. Persnickety: Miss Naughty has outdone herself this year! She calls it, "Dillydale Surprise."

Miss Sunshine: I wonder why?

(Little Miss Naughty pulls a lever on her float and grape jelly starts spraying all over the place)

Miss Naughty: (laughs)

(Mr. Persnickety, Mr. Happy, and Little Miss Sunshine are shown covered in jelly)

Miss Sunshine: Never mind.

(Mr. Rude and Mr. Messy are shown surprised and covered in jelly. Mr. Messy then tries a taste)

Mr. Messy: Mmm-mmm! Grape jelly!

(The flower continues squirting out grape jelly. Mr. Nervous, Little Miss Daredevil, and Mr. Lazy are shown on their horses getting covered in grape jelly. The scene cuts back to Little Miss Naughty and her jelly-spewing float)

Miss Naughty: (laughs) Sometimes, I just can't help myself!

(The scene cuts back to grape jelly-covered Mr. Persnickety, Mr. Happy, and Little Miss Sunshine)

Mr. Persnickety: My parade! It's ruined! (cries)

Mr. Happy: I don't know about you, Miss Sunshine. But I'd say all this year's floats were a big hit!

Miss Sunshine: More like...a direct hit!

(Mr. Persnickety facepalms himself)

Mr. Happy and Miss Sunshine: (laughs)

(The scene iris' out. This is followed by Mr. Bump falling from the top of the screen)

Mr. Bump: (screams)

(Mr. Bump lands face first on the screen and slides down. This transitions the scene to the next bumper)

(Little Miss Whoops is shown twirling a baton in front of Little Miss Calamity, Mr. Lazy, Mr. Bump, Mr. Noisy, Mr. Persnickety, Mr. Grumpy, and Little Miss Chatterbox. Little Miss Whoops tosses her baton into the air)

Pelican (offscreen): (squawks)

(An angry pelican flies down and spits out Little Miss Whoops' baton before flying away)

(The scene fades to the ending scene with some previous happenings from the episode. Starting with Little Miss Naughty and her jelly spewing parade float)

Narrator: So the Dillydale Parade has come and gone!

(Mr. Quiet is shown driving a street sweeper)

Narrator: Leaving behind...a big mess!

(Little Miss Whoops tosses her baton up into the air and it doesn't come back down)

Narrator: Of course, the parade is not over for everybody...yet! So the next time you go to a parade make sure you stay until the very end!

(Little Miss Scary's balloon flies over Mr. Bump. Little Miss Whoops' baton falls from the sky and lands on Mr. Bump's head, knocking Mr. Bump down to the ground in a daze)

Narrator: You wouldn't want to miss any of the fun!

(The screen fades to black and the episode ends)
