Paul Bandey (born 1950) is a voice actor known for voicing Dracula, Paragus, and Piccolo. He is most known for Les visiteurs, Hitman, The Illusionist, and Magic in the Moon light.

He voiced the Mr. Men as well as Mojo The Mosquito in the Mr. Men PC games released in the 2000s.
He returned to the franchise to narrate several audiobooks for Lunii alongside Barbara Scaff.
