Peggy Jo Brinker (known professionally as Peggy Regan), (born 3 December, 1955) is an American producer from Glendale, California, USA.
Involvement with Mr. Men[]
She worked as a producer for "The Mr. Men Show" and is recognized as the one who came up with the town of "Dillydale." To commemorate this, she was gifted a plaque and given the honorary title as "The Mayor of Dillydale."
