Physical is the first episode of the The Mr. Men Show. The episode shows how the different people in Dillydale exercise.
Synopsis[]
Little Miss Chatterbox and Mr. Tickle feel the burn during Mr. Lazy's aerobics class and Mr. Bump gets a few painful pointers from his new skiing instructor Little Miss Helpful; and Little Miss Whoops fumbles her way through the Dillydale Marathon.
Plots[]
- Mr. Tickle, Miss Chatterbox and Mr. Lazy's Plot: Mr. Tickle and Miss Chatterbox are attending an aerobics class, ran by Mr. Lazy. But the record player speeds up the class.
- Mr. Bump and Miss Helpful's Plot: Miss Helpful tries to teach Mr. Bump how to ski, but she isn't being very helpful.
- Mr. Persnickety, Mr. Nervous and Mr. Quiet's Plot: Mr. Persnickety, Mr. Nervous and Mr. Quiet judge an Olympic-like sport but they aren't too impressed about the contestants as the Little Miss on a loudspeaker (possibly Miss Calamity) announces that the Mr. Men and Little Misses are doing their effort on the Olympic rings.
- Mr. Bounce's Plot: Mr. Bounce tries to find ways to prevent him from bouncing while playing tetherball. Later, the viewer hears Mr. Noisy in golf where Miss Scary and Mr. Rude play and Mr. Noisy said that Mr. Bounce scored a hole in one.
- Mr. Nervous' Plot: Mr. Nervous, while playing a dragon-course in mini-golf with Miss Scary and Mr. Rude, imagines that he's trying to slay a dragon. (Not in the UK)
- Good Morning Dillydale: Mr. Happy hosts the 'Annual Dillydale Race' from Good Morning Dillydale with Team Orange and Team Blue. The viewers see Team Orange and Team Blue racing until Mr. Persnickety crosses the finish line, letting Team Orange win.
Bumpers[]
Mr. Strong helps the rest of the Mr. Men and Little Misses exercise.
- He plays ball with Mr. Quiet but knocks him away when he passes it back to him.
- Mr. Strong and Miss Calamity are on the treadmills (This bumper doesn't feature the usual music, because its length well exceeds that of the music.)
- He bounces on a trampoline with Miss Helpful, but sends her flying and he goes through the trampoline himself.
- He does weightlifting with Mr. Bump, but the latter falls through the floor.
- He does Taekwondo with Mr. Bounce, squashes the latter, and then the former gets bounced away and crashes offscreen (In US only)

Goofs[]
- The official YouTube upload's description says that Little Miss Sunshine is doing the aerobic class, when it's really Little Miss Chatterbox.
- In the UK dub, when Mr. Bounce shouts "Hooray!", his mouth movements don't sync properly.
- Mr. Quiet was supposed to be after Little Miss Whoops, but instead it was Mr. Scatterbrain.
