Robert Rackstraw (born 31 October, 1965) is a British voice actor known for his voice-over work in movies, TV shows and video games. He provided the voices of Mr. Pernickety, Mr. Messy, Mr. Noisy, Mr. Tickle, and Mr. Happy in the UK version of The Mr. Men Show.
