THOIP (an initialism of The Hargreaves Organization International Productions) is a British media company founded in 1993 in the UK by Adam Hargreaves, Amelia Beddoe, Jim Helmore and Ian Downes, that owns the Mr. Men franchise.
In April 2004, Roger Hargreaves widow, Christine, sold THOIP to Chorion for £28 million. After Chorion was forced into administration in 2011, Sanrio bought and took over THOIP upon acquiring the rights on December 6, 2011.
