Little Miss Bossy | Introduced in the second season. Always bosses the other characters around. Voice actress Cheryl Chase uses the same voice she used previously for Angelica Pickles on Rugrats, due to them being equally bossy characters.
Little Miss Naughty | Is much more mischevous than she is in the books, playing more elaborate pranks on the other characters such as disguising canned snails as creamed corn or switching the covers of library books.
Little Miss Sunshine | Little Miss Sunshine is bright, bubbly, and energetic. She hosts Good Morning Dillydale alongside Mr. Happy and gets excited over small things, often bright, positive things.
[[Little Miss Helpful | Similar to the books, Little Miss Helpful's attempts at helping others often do more harm than good.
Little Miss Magic | Introduced in the second season. She often is seen popping into places with a pink poof, and her magic isn't as good as it was in the books, with her often (See: List of accidental transformations by Little Miss Magic) transforming characters into objects or animals by mistake. Later episodes show she has the ability to levitate in air.
Little Miss Giggles | Introduced in the second season. Often seen as a receptionist bursting into laughter when being told the problem.
Little Miss Chatterbox | Has a valley girl voice. Her house is shaped like a telephone and sits on a hill. Is often seen talking too much to the point where she gets off-topic.
Little Miss Curious | Introduced in the second season. Like Mr. Tall, she mostly acts as a background character, though she had two lines in Trees.
Little Miss Scary | Has a witch-like voice and is often seen using masks to scare the other residents of Dillydale, with Mr. Nervous being her most frequent target. Lives in a gloomy manor next to Mr. Nervous and keeps pet bats. She has a habit of snorting when she laughs.
Little Miss Whoops | Is incredibly clumsy, breaking things that often cause Mr. Bump harm. She claims to be a trained professional at everything she does.
Little Miss Calamity | A new character. Like Mr. Bump, she is very accident-prone. Her house dangles off a cliff and is supported by very thin beams. Was removed in the second season due to Chorion's dislike of the character.
Little Miss Daredevil | A new character. Loves fast cars, rockets, and performing stunts, often using Mr. Quiet or Mr. Nervous as a guinea pig. She wears a pair of white rocket boots which she uses as her prime method of transportation. |

Trivia
- This is the first TV appearance of Mr. Rude, Little Miss Scary, and Little Miss Whoops.
- The show was originally going to premiere in October 2007 and its timeslot was 4pm EST, but was pushed back for reasons unknown. Its timeslot would eventually become 9am EST.
- Two of the show's characters, Little Miss Calamity and Little Miss Daredevil, were created exclusively for the television series.
- The former character, however, only appeared in the first season, as the production company of the show, Chorion, for an unknown reason, didn't like her.[1]
- Little Miss Scatterbrain and Little Miss Stubborn have had their genders reassigned to become Mr. Scatterbrain and Mr. Stubborn due to the fact that the writers wanted the female characters to remain mostly positive.[2]
- None of the character's catchphrases (except for Mr. Noisy's and Little Miss Whoops') are lines from their original books.
- The entire show uses the Ed Interlock font. The opening and closing credits use Ed Gothic.
- The series was animated by Renegade Animation for Cartoon Network/Channel 5 and Chorion.
- There were 104 episodes with 52 from season 1 and 2 each.
- The show's simplistic art style was inspired by UPA animation.[3]
- There is a live show that has been held in some countries including Singapore, as seen here.
- This show was one of the only shows on Milkshake in the UK not to be affected by Viacom's takeover of Channel 5 in 2014, with others including Peppa Pig and Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom.
- Little Miss Twins and Little Miss Fickle were planned to be in the series, but they were scrapped because Cartoon Network did not want too many characters. Also, a character named Little Miss Fabulous was considered being created for the series before the books' Little Miss Fabulous was created in 2016.[4]
- Little Miss Trouble was also going to appear but was replaced with Little Miss Naughty.
- Little Miss Fun appeared as a character in several pieces of official merchandise looking relatively the same, but she was unused in the series itself. Mark Risley confirmed that she wasn't meant to be a character. She was most likely used to replace Little Miss Calamity on character listings in official merchandise.
Reception
The series has become a huge cult classic in recent years, and is considered to be one of Cartoon Network's most beloved forgotten shows.
