Tomomi Nishimura (西村 知美), real name Tomomi Nishio (西尾 知美/にしお ともみ) (born 17 December 1970) is a Japanese voice actress and talent.
Biography[]
Nishimura was born on 17 December 1970, in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. She graduated from Horikoshi High School. Her catchphrase is "Every second sparkles... Tomomi."
In November 1984, her older sister submitted a photo and it was published in the magazine "Momoco"'s Momoko Club as Momogumi attendance number 922.
In April 1985 , she won the Grand Prix at the "1st Miss Momoko Club'' sponsored by the same magazine. Along with Yuki Sugiura and Nami Shimada , she was called the Momogumi Sannin Musume .
She made her debut as an actress in the movie "Don Matsugoro no Seikatsu in March 1986 , and also debuted as an idol singer with the theme song "Yumeiro no Message ''. She peaked at number 2 on the Oricon chart.
In December 1986, they won the 28th Japan Record Awards Newcomer Award for "Watashi Dreaming". In 1988, she was used as an awareness campaign character for the gubernatorial election in her hometown of Yamaguchi Prefecture.
In the 1990s, she appeared on many variety shows such as "Sanma no Karakuri TV ". Later, in 1996, she appeared in AC Japan 's sign language commercial "Kore Dake Meme Please".
She married Takumi Nishio, a former talent and member of CHA-CHA , who is currently a chef, in 1997. She was also invited to a garden party that year because she served as a campaign girl (after her marriage, a campaign lady) for the Anti-Drug Abuse Movement ( Dame. Zettai. ) for 10 years starting in 1987.
In 2002, she became a charity marathon runner on Nippon Television's "24 Hour Television'', drawing on her experience in the Honolulu Marathon.
On August 2, 2003, after overcoming a difficult period, she gave birth to her first daughter.
In July 2009, she started a blog titled "What is a blog?" (which is currently deleted).
On February 28, 2012, she announced the formation of the three-person unit "Blooming Girls'' with Yoko Ninamino and Hiroko Moriguchi. They then released their debut single "Knock!! Knock!! Knock!!" as "Blooming Girls" on June 13 of the same year
