Wayne Forester (born 29 September 1963) is a British voice actor.

He is best known for his roles in the Horrid Henry franchise.
Forester is most famous for his role as a voice actor on several projects created by British television creator Gerry Anderson, including his work as the titular character in New Captain Scarlet and as the narrator of a series of Thunderbirds audiobooks. He also did the voice of Riki in the Nintendo Wii game, Xenoblade Chronicles.
