Summary[]

Mr. Quiet answers the titular question, saying "Come here! I'm going to tell you a secret, but... SHH! The truth is, moms have leg hair. Less than dads, generally, but they still have some. Only, they think it's ugly! So, they remove it. They shave it with a razor or wax it. Especially when the weather's nice and they want to expose their legs to the sun. Ever wonder why leg hair is ugly for moms and not for dads? There's no real reason! But almost all adults agree on that." while sympathizing with the reader..
