Summary[]
Little Miss Bossy answers the titular question, yelling out: "AH! NO! CERTAINLY NOT! SCRIBBLE ON BOOKS! WHAT A HORROR! AH! IT'S GOING TO BE A LOT OF HELL! Lots of people worked to make a beautiful book, with a beautiful story and beautiful drawings. If you scribble on it, we won't see the drawings anymore. That's really stupid! Get some paper to scribble on, you rude bastard! We won't be able to read the story anymore." while sympathizing with the reader.
